Victoria Pinder grew up in Irish Catholic Boston before moving to the Miami sun. She’s worked in engineering, after passing many tests proving how easy Math came to her. Then hating her life at the age of twenty four, she decided to go to law school. Four years later, after passing the bar and practicing very little, she realized that she hates the practice of law. She refused to one day turn 50 and realize she had nothing but her career and hours at a desk. After realizing she needed change, she became a high school teacher. Teaching is rewarding, but writing is a passion.
During all this time, she always wrote stories to entertain herself or calm down. Her parents are practical minded people demanding a job, and Victoria spent too many years living other people’s dreams, but when she sat down to see what skill she had that matched what she enjoyed doing, writing became so obvious. The middle school year book when someone wrote in it that one day she’d be a writer made sense when she turned thirty.
Besides her full time job of teaching, in 2013 and 2014, she sold on her own sold books to three different publishers. The Zoastra Affair, Chaperoning Paris, Borrowing the Doctor, and Electing Love will be published from Soul mate Publishing. Mything the Throne will be published with Double Dragon Ebooks. Favorite Coffee, Favorite Crush will be published with Jupiter Press.
Now she is represented by Dawn Dowdle of Blue Ridge Literary Agency and she hopes to continue selling her novels that she writes. Moving up to the next level from hard work and determination is rewarding, and partnerships bring new opportunities.
Also she’s the Vice President of Progams for the Florida Romance Writers. She’s gone to multiple conferences and intends to continue. She learns and meets so many people at conferences. Her website is here, www.victoriapinder.com, and she’ll continue to grow my web presence. She is working hard on other projects and found the time to plan her wedding this year.
Before writing, her father had taken her to many star trek conventions and on her own she grew up as the only girl in the 90s at the comic book store. Science Fiction was her first love, but contemporary romance was her second. She’s sticking with contemporaries for the near future.

Pre-read: Even though I preordered this, I was kindly provided an ARC by one of my favourite authors, Cristiane Serruya, for whom I was preordering to support in the first place!

Each story is reviewed and rated individually, with a final summary listed at the bottom. I will say now that I don’t have any billionaire fantasies (I wouldn’t want to live a life in the spotlight), so each story had an even harder job to convince me of its merit!

1. Secret Crush by Victoria Pinder
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

This first story was confusing. Each character had their own confusing reason for doing one thing or another, quite a lot of which was a contradictory to their previous behaviour and interactions. The whole concept, for me, wasn’t really that interesting, so it required exquisite writing to pull it off and impress me. Sadly I found the writing to be lacking and it didn’t win me over. There was too much repetition as well. Plus the true heart of the characters was too messily revealed. The ending wrapped it all together in a way that sort of made sense, but was too hurried and unimpressive. The only reason for the middle rating is that it did hook me and I was reluctantly dragged along, despite the confusion and lack of wow.

2. Come Fly With Me by Jina Bacarr
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

I enjoyed this second story far more, yet it was quite messy, far too much overthinking for what should have been a fairly straight forward storyline. Yet, I liked it. If it had been edited better, then it would have been great. The ending was a nice open one, which could lead to expansion on this short story. There was another unfortunate part, however, which I hope is because I’m reading the ARC and not the final version, is that there were weird typos and extra letters littered throughout.

3. Played by the Master by Opal Carew
Rating: ★★★★☆ – Really liked

Now this is more like it! I thoroughly enjoyed this! The story flowed excellently and I was able to read it all in one sitting without getting bored at all. Much excitement is to be had here, with it being the first story in this anthology to contain BDSM elements. Both characters knew what they wanted and went out to get it and were both not only happy with the compromises, but thoroughly enjoyed them! And, after all the action and playing, there’s a wonderful heart-warming ending to be had.

4. Something Like This by Eileen Cruz Coleman
Rating: ★★★★☆ – Really liked

This one really got my attention. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure at all, but as it went along, there were so many emotional moments. I was in tears so many times! When the story of the homeless father was introduced, Jadie sounded too whiny, ‘what will people think of me?’ The story progresses, though, and she confronts her fears – these are the real tear jerkers, how she confronts her fears together with the guy who’s just wandered into her life, Reece. There were many things in here that I understood, which no doubt made it more emotional for me personally. My main problems with this, however, were that it needed a bit of a better editing run through, as there are what appear to be accidental incidents of tense changes. Plus some of the conversations were a little too long. With some polish, for me, this would be very near a perfect five.

5. The Billionaire Cowboy’s Speech by Margo Collins
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

I’m rating this story too highly, really, when compared with the others I’ve read, but I can’t justify rating it as low as a two. It had a great premise and a great beginning, yet I ended up feeling really disappointed. Once the “getting to know you” part was far enough out of the way and it came to their first truly intimate moment (aka sex scene), I felt that it was too rushed. There were typos and errors that just made it all feel wrong, too. The writing up till that point had been good, so what went wrong? Then the ending was rushed, too. So a nice story was spoilt and let down by not being solid enough. It is recycling of old ideas, but if you want to get ahead of the pack, you have to do it right.

6. Risking it All by Rossie Cortes
Rating: ★★☆☆☆ – Disliked

This is my first two stars, but it is simply by comparison not one of the better stories in the compilation. It just didn’t grab my attention at all. It was also the first story in the collection to not have any specific sex scenes. That’s not a problem, really, but with the lead up to the scenes, I didn’t expect them to just end cold. The other problem for me was the editing, for example, “freshly brood coffee”, but not just spelling mistakes but grammar mistakes. I do understand that the author is from Brazil, but it just means then that she needs a better editor to tidy this up. Plus I felt that the story was too short, that perhaps more could have been done with it.

7. His Fill-In Fiancée by Tara Crescent
Rating: ★★★★★ – Loved it/couldn't put it down

This story was top notch! It took me a little bit of time to get used to the first-person present-tense narrative, especially as we have two POVs in this story – you have to really concentrate a bit more on whose narrative you’re reading. But, once I got into the swing of it, I just couldn’t stop! I started with a couple of chapters one evening, then finished the rest in one sitting the next afternoon! Plus not only were the characters real, you can understand everything that went on, why they ended up where they were. Definitely one of the best of the bunch so far!

8. Valentine’s Vengence by Michele de Winton
Rating: ★★★★☆ – Really liked

This was another nice little surprise in this huge collection. Another story of “lost and recovered love”, “where did we go wrong?”, “maybe we can try again?”, but done in a different yet believable way. The characters felt real, their connection was obvious, with a lovely and unexpected (for one side) HEA at the end.

9. Dram Good Love by Blaire Edens
Rating: ★★☆☆☆ – Disliked

I was more than a bit disappointed with this one. The whole premise, setting, and storyline had it all set up to be a great story. I felt that it was poorly told, however. Not only that, I just wish that the author could have decided on either US or UK English and stuck with it – the mix drove me crazy! Add to that the use of kilometres (kilometres? In Scotland?!), it just had the feel of someone who hadn’t visited Scotland. OK, well, I’m a Brit who’s never been to Scotland! Yet I am quite aware that the use of mph extends far beyond England’s Northern border. Plus the whole story hadn’t been edited all too well and had glaring errors throughout. Things like this just lowered the readability factor, ‘he pressed his lips to hers, softly at first, and kissed her softly.’ That is most definitely something that a thorough double read and edit would have picked up and corrected. But, don’t get me wrong, if this was tightened up, a lot, it could make a great tale. Not all of the writing is bad; it just needs a good tin of polish, that’s all.

10. Noelle’s Wish by Nicole Garcia
Rating: ★★☆☆☆ – Disliked

Here we go again. This story had a lot of good ideas in it, but it was just all thrown together, rushed. There was no time to breathe whilst the narrator just had to get all her story out at once. Tough subjects need to be broached delicately and gradually. Plus, we don’t need to know every single last detail, at least not told in that way. A narrative should never sound like a witness statement (something I had to learn myself in writing). It meant that the ending was the best part, simply because all the chaos had calmed and the last part of the story was told more broadly and smoothly. Why couldn’t the whole book have been like that?

11. The Royal Trade by Erin Hayes
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

This wasn’t horribly bad, but I felt that I didn’t empathise enough with the characters. It, too, suffered from spots of lack of editing. Plus I wish that Americans would get used to the difference between Majesty and Highness – calling a Prince Majesty the whole time is confusing and implies that the country is a Principality, not a Monarchy. When we discover that there’s a mother involved, a Queen, it becomes blaringly obvious that the writer doesn’t understand the difference between the titles. Plus I noticed one character saying “pants” one moment then “trousers” another. The more mistakes I spotted, the more frustrated I became, especially when it should have simply been a heart-warming story about a girl who falls for a prince, even if it’s the brother of the prince who cheated on her.

12. Falling for the Billionaire by Mary Hughes
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

A story about a pair of twins, who seem to be dissimilar in almost every way possible. You have the younger, Veronica “Ronnie” Rivers/Brooks, a class-A supermodel bitch, who has the looks and charm, everything that’s gotten her an easy ride to the top. Next to her you have the older, Victoria “Vicky” Brooks, college professor, who’s always worked hard to get what she’s wanted, top of the smarts, and somehow has always put up with her sister’s whiles and bullying. They’re both out to get the same man or, rather, Ronnie has roped her sister into helping her snare this man, a man who barely tolerated Ronnie whilst they were dating and is far more interested in her less-fancy sister, Vicky, but not only because he’s sick of dating supermodels.

The beginning is confusing, but the fun and action that comes afterwards makes up for that somewhat. Each learn hard life lessons and all ends well. But, well, maybe it’s because I’d read eleven stories before this one that it had such a hard time winning me over, but it’s by far not terrible.

13. A Teacher for the Billionaire by Courtney Hunt
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

I’m being nice to this one. The start was OK, the middle was good, but the ending was terrible. You just think that you’re off for some good drama, a bit of story to see how it all comes good, when wallop, bam, suddenly everything’s OK and HEA. I really can’t believe I held on that far just to be disappointed like that!

14. Songbird by Sydney Logan
Rating: ★★★★☆ – Really liked

This story was a slower one, yet it had many heart-warming moments within. A tale of two people who just click, an accidental pregnancy in the heat of the moment, and the decision on whether they will let their lives be turned over and give it a go… The guy has money, the girl doesn’t, which causes plenty of problems, but the guy’s family are wonderful and they all work together to win the girl over. At the end of the day, love wins through. But, what I loved most was the leitmotif throughout, “Songbird”, an ode to the Fleetwood Mac song that brought the two lovebirds together (and a beautiful song at that!).

15. Winter’s Gift by Alix Nichols
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

A Russian tale. I wasn’t sure of this one at all. A high-class escort meets super-rich guy and they fall in love. Now it’s not so much the premise itself, but it didn’t really grab me. Plus I was disappointed with the “too easy” ending. It’s written in two parts – first Anton’s, then Anna’s point of view. It was a story that could have had so much more to it, so perhaps that added to the disappointment, too.

16. To Trust a Wicked Billionaire by Tierney O’Malley
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

I wasn’t sure whether to give this one three or four stars. I actually quite liked it. A story about trust, how Piper doesn’t believe that she can trust any man, especially a rich, popular guy, someone who has it all, and she believes can have any woman she wants. She has her reasons, experiences, yet even being the perfect match with someone in nearly every way isn’t enough for her to let her guard down and she’d rather throw it all away than risk being hurt. It was an enjoyable story, but strange ending.

17. Nothing But Trouble by Peter Presley
Rating: ★★★★☆ – Really liked

I was surprised that I liked this one! At first, not knowing the author and just seeing the name, I, obviously, believed it to be written by a man, though it turns out that it is an alias for a female author. Yet the story itself is written from a male point of view. The second reason is that the idea here is another one to do with trust, but because of a man with a difficult addiction – a sex addiction. How can you trust a man who is just willing to drop his pants for the first “sexy” woman he meets? He says to himself time and again that he won’t do it again, says to his fiancée when she finds out that he won’t do it again, but how can you trust that he won’t? A story where the past paints the present and how one not only recovers from it but finds the tools in order to become a better person. Is it possible for Brady to recover and can Shannon learn to trust him again?

18. Arrangement with a Billionaire by Mandy Rosko
Rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

This had a beginning I didn’t like, a middle that started to pick up, and a great ending. The biggest problem was how the female character portrayed herself at the beginning, a bit too spoilt and self-entitled, when she shouldn’t have been. It became easier to understand her as the story progressed (and I did love all the jewellery talk and designs, being as I’ve dabbled a bit myself in making pieces). I might have to reread it at some point to try and fit it all together somewhat better. But I was also disappointed that it seemed to end too soon, with all those possibilities looming…

19. So Much More by Cristiane Serruya
Rating: ★★★★★ – Loved it/couldn't put it down

My opinion on this story might be somewhat biased, as I generally enjoy this author’s works. I was also lucky enough to beta read this story and add a little input, yet the story was almost-perfect at that time, anyway! It’s the realism of the characters, with nice heart-wrenching moments and hot sex scenes. It’s a mix of life and lust with a wonderful happy ending. Being as it’s the primary reason that I’m reading this collection, I am extremely happy that I’ve been impressed once more!

After rereading in HEA: well, it definitely still lived up to the high I’d put onto it before. It’s the right mix of sex, love and drama that makes it irresistible. Although I did notice this time something perhaps missing – whilst the prologue does tie in with the rest of the story, it would have been nice if it had actually been discussed or referred to at some point. But I know that, whilst the ending is good if perhaps also cut short, there’s more to be had in the “extended” version that’s been released on its own. Can’t wait!

20. Finding Mrs. Right by Debbie White
Rating: ★★☆☆☆ – Disliked

This last one… Hmmm… “Dislike” is probably too strong a word for it, but I didn’t connect with it at all. The story was just pretty bland throughout, with little suspense or action. There was nothing to grip me or hold me in the story and I was so tempted just to skim the last few pages. I may have been more satisfied if I had, as the ending was fit for a children’s book, with its over-simplistic “they were in love and lived happily ever after!” Seriously, all that fussing, all those different women, all so blahblah, and then, even at the end, nothing. Oh well, only a few hours wasted!

Post read:
This took a ridiculously long time to read, but it is long! A typical mix of very good, good, mediocre, and terrible, I'm actually surprised how many stories here I liked. Therefore, the average rating of 3.25 for all stories shouldn't surprise, either. But I’m happy to say that I will be following a few new authors after this… (perhaps not good for my TBR, but ho hum)

Final rating: ★★★☆☆ – Sort of liked/OK

This is a fast an steamy short story about Jacqueline that needs something from a billionaire Race.
Book is pleasent, but for me Jacqueline was artificial with her subbmition to Race, she was too willing to serve him.
You can read it within 2 hours.
Readers must be ADULTS due to sensitive topic of domination and sex. No cliffhanger.

HIS FILL-IN FIANCÉE by Tara Crescent
Very Nice second chance romance! Characters are like you want them, plot had a few surprises and well there is some part of domination that i really enjoyed.

Cameron Drake and Maddie Morland were high school sweethearts until his father intervened and Maddie left him without a backward glance....or so Cam thought. That was nine years ago and neither Cam nor Maddie have moved on. Fast forward to present day and you have Cam desperate to find someone to pretend to be his fiancee so that he can convince his grandfather to sell him the family cottage so that his Aunt can continue to live there and not be forced out.
I loved that Cam would do anything to help out his paralyzed Aunt, she is truly the only family he has that doesn't have a heart of stone. Can I say that I was cheering for Cam when he put his father and grandfather both in their places. Cam didn't care that Maddie's family was not the best, he loved her for her, and he made sure everyone knew it.

This was a mixed bag of stories from authors I know and love and some "new to me " authors.

Some stories were weaker than others, but the variety of billionaires kept me reading.

Personal favourites were:

"Valentine's Vengeance" by Michele de Winton - new to me but I shall be looking for more of her work.

"Arrangement with a Billionaire" by Mandy Rosko

"A Teacher for the Billionaire" by Courtney Hunt

"Songbird" by Sydney Logan - a bittersweet story that had me in tears at times.

"His Fill-In Fiancee" by Tara Crescent.

There was only one story that I couldn't get into - a matter of personal taste rather than bad writing.

I would have given 5* but some of the stories had such glaring errors they would have benefited from a proof reader.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Wow, there is not enough good for me to say! Originally, I had only planned to read a few of these stories so that I could base my review, but then it was "just one more." I couldn't stop! I didn't get it finished but I will definitely be going back to finish this entire box set. It is wonderful. Trust me, you can't read just one, either.

A boxset with 20 billionaires? Yay!
I loved all the stories, but there were some which were...off the charts!
Apart from author Cristiane Serruya, all the others were new to me and a few of them have made their way into my authors-to-follow list.

5 golden stars to SO MUCH MORE by Cristiane Serruya
Again Ms. Serruya introduces passionate characters, this time into fabulous, real-world American billionaire settings.
With Ms. Serruya's unique signature of brisk, engaging scenes and her great characters, I was delighted by sassy, sexy and smart heroine, Hannah, and the paragon of masculinity--Yes, yes!--with perfect physique and mind shaped by conqueror’s ideals, Markus Blackthorn, who is incapable of dealing with his emotions and has a sweet relationship with his daughter, Victoria.
I love how Ms. Serruya deal with intermingled relationships such as ex-husband/ex-wife/daughter; son/parents and business relationships.
As always the secondary characters are beautifully described and bring flavor to the story.
Markus's father is a very real character: an American Senator who uses his power to his own schemes, he made me cringe and hated him at times.
Markus's ex-wife is greatly characterized, too. I hated her and the scene played in Family Court is so real I was totally engaged and sympathizing.
The criminals are really good characters, especially Jacob and Luciano.
And, hey!, I must not forget the hot sex scenes!! Wow. Nobody writes sec scenes as Ms. Serruya!!
This a "short" read for Ms. Serruya ("only" 280 pages) but amazing, endearing, and thought-provoking as always!

5 stars to Risking it All
A clean read (only kissing scenes described) the plot is original and engaging.

5 stars to Valentines Vengeance
I prefer full length romances but this short story is funny and endearing.

4.75 stars to Finding Mrs. Right
Endearing romance with a lovely friendship and very nice love relationship.

4.75 stars to Secret Crush
Good suspenseful romance! It's a fast paced story with twists and turns galore.

4.5 stars to The Billionaire Cowboy’s Speech
Very good romance but I would like to have seen Tor's problem handed better. Great premise but in such a short story it could not have been developed as I would like it to be. Anyway, it's a sweet cowboy romance with a happy ending.

3.75 to Something Like This
Good story but with a bit too much of despair and negativity and mood swings from the heroine for the size of the romance.

3 stars to Played by the Master
Although this is a very hot story, it was a bit too short for my tastes and had the characters are somewhat shallow. I didn't connect with Jacqueline.

All in all, a entertaining reading for a more than special price: 99 cents for 20 billionaire romances?
This is a bargain!!

This is a box with 20 stories from various authors.
I haven't been able to read all the stories so far, but I will update the reviews as I finish reading them.

Songbird by Sydney Logan (5 Stars)
This is one of the best stories I've read lately. I've read some books from Sydney Logan and just loved them all!
The story of Callie and Devin is fantastic. The beginning of their relationship is not the best, but over time, and Callie's pregnancy, things are falling into place and they can prove that love is stronger than anything.
This is a beautiful story, with very well written and interesting characters.
I loved everything!

Winter's Gift by Alix Nichols (4 Stars)
This is Alix Nichols' first book I read and I enjoyed the story.
Anna needs to undergo prostitution to get quick money for her mother's treatment, and Anton is one of her clients.
When the relationship between them stops being just professional, can they trust each other?
I really liked the story and how it ended.

Finding Mrs. Right by Debbie White (5 Stars)
I really loved this story.
I loved Gabe and Cooper's relationship. Cooper is truly a friend to Gabe.
All of Gabe's encounters in search of the right woman were both interesting and in some cases pure torture, but in the end I believe he got the best Mrs. Right for him.

Secret Crush:
is a whirlwind of an action/mystery romance. With people being shot at , coming back from the dead and so much more it never gets Dull. I couldn't put this one down
A full story of John and Alice but plenty of room for other characters to come alive. I think the House of Morgans has the potential to be fabulous and have added book 2 to my wish list!

Billionaire sexiest man alive

What more could a girls ask for? This story is full of humor and an outrageous flirt. Very enjoyable quick read that leaves you wanting more. I need to know what happens next!

Played by the Master

A fun naughty short! This racey story takes only a few hours to read but leaves you panting as Jacque makes a bet with The Sexy Billionaire Race.
I read this as part of a box set and enjoyed both the naughty scenes and the flirtatious games!

Risking it all

Oh! How interesting. This is a fairly clean read with only kissing and alluding to more. After bones are found on a construction site, Alex is called in to decide if it is more than one. When she meets the CEO sparks fly but with the destruction of his project in the hands of what Alex finds, can they ever make it?
I love how Indepent and strong Alex is yet she's very forgiving and loving at the same time. James is fairly down to earth for a billionaire getting his hands dirty when need be. Great story

His fill-in Fiancée

This was another 5 star super fun second chances reads. The characters are very likable the plot is enjoyable and you just love to hate the dad.

Valentines vengeance

Love, love , love this short little read. Cara is such a strong woman you can't help but love her but in the face of her former lover she is putty. This second chance romance is full of humor, hard truths and misguidence. The characters are well developed for such a short read and you really get a sense of completion when it's all over.

I have only read Michele de Winton’s novella so far – and you’ll see why – but VALENTINE’S REVENGE is worth this box set!

The obscenely talented Michele de Winton is back with a smashing novella! Cara Reynolds was waiting for her mother, Anna Brooks, at a restaurant, when Cara sees who her mother is talking to: Joe Diaz, Cara’s former beau cum enemy. Cara and Joe had a lovely relationship until he accused Cara of double-crossing him when he attempted to take over Anna’s company, and this without even knowing that Anna was Cara’s mother, and Cara left him. If it weren’t bad enough, Joe just bought the company where Cara works. Now, this will be awkward!

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen so much story packed into a novella, and written so seamlessly! VALENTINE’S REVENGE is a full novel within around a hundred pages, and what a book it is! Every character is fully fleshed-out and relatable; the story is solid and tightly plotted, and the dialogues are absolutely brilliant. Now, this is why I adore Michele de Winton: her stupendous, unique, colourful and dynamic writing style. How can you not love it when a character is described as “wafting and swanning”? It’s so vivid, and I couldn’t resist smiling, because it’s so representative of Anna. Ms. de Winton possesses a dazzling vocabulary and strings those wonderful words into the most glorious paragraphs.

VALENTINE’S REVENGE is a story swirling in colours and movement; it’s very fast-paced; witty and clever; funny and charming, and also genuinely sexy. Joe and Cara are an absolutely fabulous couple, their road to reconciliation is entirely believable, and the romance is perfection itself. Michele de Winton can make the tiniest, most mundane detail a work of wonder. Michele de Winton demonstrates once again that she has the art of writing novellas down pat. VALENTINE’S REVENGE is the best Valentine’s Day gift you could ask for! I love it!

Review for Michele DeWinton Valentine’s Revenge 5 Stars

Billionaire Joe Diaz is the owner of a broken heart that has been festering for five years thanks to Cara Reynolds the woman he thinks has done him wrong. Only there is a hitch, Cara has a broken heart too and has laid low for five years thanks to being the fall guy for the deal that Joe lost and thinks was because of Cara. Now Joe is Cara’s new boss and is all about revenge.

This author’s words expressing her trademark cheeky humor and delightful unconventional take on romance sashayed across the pages of Valentine’s Revenge like they owned it! When vegan condoms and rescue dogs converge to take on the past of two former lovers you can bet Michele DeWinton is behind it! Humor balanced with bruised feelings and miscommunication reign supreme in this fast moving and lively novella. Between the witty dialog and the steamy encounters this writer superbly orchestrated this fun work. Most assuredly Ms. DeWinton will leave reader’s as lovestruck with her fabulous writing as her characters are with each other after reading Valentine’s Revenge!

Secret Crush by Victoria Pinder - 5 stars. The Morgan family has many secrets but John is determined to find out what happened to his sister, Victoria. When Alice, Victoria's best friend, comes back into his life, new beginnings happen and surprises come out of the woodwork. Great writing, the suspense sucks you in from beginning to end.

Come fly with me by Jina Bacarr - 3.5 stars. Kacie's has to rush home to help change her flighty sister's mind in marrying a man double her age that's no good for her. When she's maxed out on her credit cards and there are no more seats available on any flights, she take takes an offer of a first class seat from a man she's never met. She's in for a surprise when billionaire Jace finds a hometown girl to fall in love with.

Played by the Master by Opal Carew - 5 stars. This one was super hot! Jacquie needs a favor from a man who is suing her brother-in-law so she comes up with a scheme to change his mind. Little does she know she's being set up to play cat and mouse with a true master.

Something Like This - Secrets Book 1 by Eileen Coleman - 3.5 stars. I liked the story but there were to many break ups for Jadie and Reece. There were also a lot of unstable moments in the story too. I liked it but it could have used less drama.

Many stories in this bundle - I skimmed some that weren't to my taste, but I did read many of them and found them to be good. A few examples - fake fiances, second chance romance, corporate affairs both domestic and in foreign locales, airplane encounters, an archeological find that disrupts an expensive building project and causes conflict (I liked this story the best). Definitely worth the price!

Happily Ever Alpha has all the makings of a true romance fest. The multiple stories by different authors, some well known to me and others a welcome introduction, satisfied this reader's senses in every way. Despite the fact that we live in a day when women have the vote and are entitled to all the privileges once held by men alone, we still have a secret longing to be swept off our feet by a prince on a white horse, to be loved and cherished and to have all our needs catered to. Happily Ever Alpha makes us believe, if only for a little while, that it is all possible. I thoroughly indulged myself reading this book and was grateful for the introduction to new romance writers. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

I got this bundle for $.99 and was really more interested in my one favorite author who published in the bundle than all the rest. I know my star rating seems low especially with all the 5 star reviews but I did not enjoy the majority of the stories. Most had spelling, grammar, time line, and human physical (i.e. he picked her up then thought the sunset looked nice then picked her up) problems. I know most people don't care especially since it was such a minor price but to leave a review I have to be honest. I did love and would give 5 stars to a few of the authors most notably to me was Mary Hughes, who was the author I was reading for. Her story was very well paced, error free, and balanced in action and romance. It was a wonderful story that you could loose yourself in.

Normally, I'd review each book separately in a series like this. This is twenty books/novellas, so am doing just one review. These were all billionaires who do something with their money to help others. Along the way, they fall in love with their new ladies. All good stories. The funniest, and don't remember the author, was at some ritzy affair. Two "ritzy" ladies get in pie tossing contest cause they were angry at some one at the party. The person they were angry at ducked when the pies started flowing.

A great collection of 20 stories from different authors and what I loved best is that there is a variety of stories of alpha men and if you don't like how one story is going there are many many more to chose from. This series will keep you warm and fuzzy in the cold of winter and you will also find new authors that you haven't read before and may just find a new favourite to read more of their books.

A great bundle of billionaire yummyness. The stories are all different, other than the hot alfa billionaires wanting what they think they deserve! You will find a mixture of mystery, suspense, excitement, adventure, dominance, and lots of romance! Definitely a worthwhile set of books by some very talented authors!

What an incredible collection of alpha billionaire romances! 20 separate novellas all by different authors! There really is something for every romance novel lover in this set. And for 99 cents, if you like more than one of them (which you will) it’s already a major bargain! Send your Valentine the link! ;)

The really great part about this set for me was that most of the authors were brand new to me. This opens up so many more authors and books to add to my wishlist and one-click list. :)

So far I’ve read:

A Teacher for the Billionaire by Courtney Hunt (Novella) –

This was a very sweet novella filled with sexual tension and forbidden romance. Ashton
Thorne is a billionaire who has had the family business dropped in his lap when his brother, the heir to the family business, died suddenly. He’s in way over his head at work, leraning on the fly and relying heavily on his Dad’s former right hand man to stay sane. The last thing he needed was another responsibily handed to him.

Ashton has a 6 year old son, with whom he has occasional weekend visitation rights. Imagine his surprise when Oliver’s (his son) mom informs Ashton that she’s heading overseas for the summer and that he will have Oliver 24/7 for the school summer vacation. He knows nothing of being a full time parent and immediately sets out to hire help to entertain and educate Oliver over the summer.

He ends up hiring Oliver’s kindergarten teacher Callie Matthews, who reluctantly agrees to be a live-in daytime caregiver for him. Her summer plans had fallen through and she’d already sub-let her apartment for the summer, so really this was the perfect solution to her problems, if she could only ignore how handsome, wealthy and kind Ash was.

This is a really sweet summer romance between a workaholic billionaire who is learning how to be a dad from a feisty, smart and outspoken kindergarten teacher. The sparks fly, the tension builds, the steam is hot and the ending is perfect.

The Billionaire Cowboy’s Speech – Margo Bond Collins (Novella)

Tor Edwards used to be a ladies’ man. As a kind, handsome, muscular, billionaire, he had no trouble finding dates and one night stands. His big heart however got him trampled by a bull at a rodeo a couple of years ago when he went to rescue a child who had fallen into the pen. He’s still the same guy deep down and other than a scar on his face, he’s still the same man on the outside, but Tor is not the smooth talking man he used to be. He needs to take his time to make the words come out right. He stammers and has trouble getting sentences out at a normal pace. His latest vapid dates have not had much tolerance for the brain damage he has been working through, so he’s back out on the ranch getting some peace and quiet.

Leta is running from a recent betrayal, humiliation and broken heart. She’s rented a cabin near Tor’s ranch (or shack as Tor calls it), but when she stopped to ask him for directions (in her big city heels), she injured her ankle. Ever the gentleman, Tor takes her back to his bunkhouse to ice and wrap her ankle. He offers her a place to stay that is much nicer than the one she rented and she reluctantly accepts.

She doesn’t get annoyed or frustrated with Tor’s speech and sometimes when Tor is talking to her, he forgets about his impediment and is able to speak in sentences. He sees her as a beacon of hope for his recovery. He wants to be her friend, but can’t imagine someone like her would want him for more than a friend. The attraction is definitely there, but what could it lead to? What does it mean for their future if they cross out of the friend zone? Can Tor come clean about his real identity and fortune? Will Leta feel duped and betrayed again, on the heels of her last break up?

Sweet cowboy romance with a very happy ending.

Great collection!

Great collection of stories. I think the last one in the book was my favorite. A lonely billionaire looking for love and finding much more. It puts a smile on your face. Loved it.
