[Siren The Lynn Hagen ManLove Erotic Alternative Paranormal, M/M, shape-shifters, werewolves, HEA] Taken from an abusive pack, Shiloh has lived at the Den for over two decades, feeling as if he didn't quite fit in with all the couples in the house. On an outing with Johnny and Spencer, Shiloh is pulled into one of their schemes and finds himself in Sebastian Brac's territory. They were supposed to only stop for coffee, until the alpha steps into the shop and Shiloh realizes that the brooding stranger is his mate. Since meeting two decades ago, Sebastian has been at odds with his brother and keeping his distance. When Sebastian enters the coffee shop to get warm, a wonderful smell leads him to a shy little wolf hiding behind the fireplace. Sebastian thought butting heads with Maverick over Shiloh was bad enough, but when his mate's evil twin escapes a mental ward and heads straight for Shiloh, Sebastian and his pack must stop the twin before he kills Shiloh. ** A Siren Erotic Romance
Lynn Hagen loves writing about the somewhat flawed, but lovable. She also loves a hero who can see past all the rough edges to find the shining diamond of a beautiful heart.
You can find her on any given day curled up with her laptop and a cup of hot java, letting the next set of characters tell their story.
I really enjoy this author's books. Sure they are not literally masterpieces, but they are fun and enjoyable to me. I love the BRAC PACK series and this is the first in a new offshoot featuring Maverick's brother Sebastian and his pack in DESIRE.
It was also nice to get a glimpse at Johnny and Spencer again and a few others. I'm looking forward to the other books in this series.
I usually like this author and I love short quick stories. BUT this was the same cookie cutter story as all her others ( sad face) I need something new. And for the price this was way to short. I would think $2.00 would be a fair price for this. I think this is starting the brac pack all over again. Alpha finds his mate bad guy comes he saves his mate sex here and there bam story over. Iam not putting down brac pack I loved them all, but I think if we are going to pay for the books we deserve something different especially from an author that is talented enough to deliver.
Wow our little Brac extended family just keeps growing and growing.. New town new mates new problems..
While this didn't go quite the way I was expecting, I can say this was different. I didn't do it that was my evil twin...But for real..
I did feel inconsistencies. Shiloh said their powers only work when they were together. Shane was able to use his to escape the mental ward. How? Shane was exhibiting shoulder twitch and tongue clicking. Why? This why is because why mention it more than once and draw attention to it without some kind of explanation.
I hate the inconsistencies. First, Shiloh has been at Brac Pack for over 2 decades, then he says he hadn't seen his twin since that night 25 years ago. He would have been 10 and too young for Sheraton to abuse. Sheraton was his previous alpha and he'd been with him for at least 3-5 years. So if he was rescued 20 years ago and was with Sheraton before that he couldn't have been 10 25 years ago.
Also, they emphasized that the Ultioniem likes to keep odd numbers in the book where Dante left them and they recruited Rakeym. Adding Sebastian to Ultioniem is just a plot device to get Sebastian and his pack to a higher status so the author can keep writing about each 20 members of the pack. It made no sense, since none of them have ever interacted with Sebastian that much and his town is really small and does not have that much influence. I'm waiting for them to recruit Iam the leader of the Wood Elves and also want his and his brother's stories.

Loved learning about Sebastian's Pack, and there's a lot of them. Shiloh is Sebastian's mate, and after living at the den for so long he's now trying to adapt to a new pack where he's the only mate. Shiloh also has danger sneaking up on him and a few secrets that need to come out. I always love reading about these character's back story. Overall, it was a very fun and enjoyable read.
I haven't read the Brack Pack series, but that didn't really seem to matter. This was a simple read with an evil twin brother thrown in for variety... could have been better, but, it could have been a lot worse. Can't complain and will probably continue with these as time and circumstance permits!
Rating 4 stars. I really liked this off shoot to the Brac Pack series. It was really nice to visit some of my favorite characters from the Brac universe. This series focuses on Maverick's half brother Sebastian and his pack. He purchased I believe 300 acres from Maverick to start his new pack and decided to create a town of his own called Desire. So far, I liked most of the characters from this new pack. Zeke and Cage being a couple of my favorite. Gabriel I didn't particularly like, but maybe he'll grow on me in future books. I thought Shiloh and Sebastian made a good couple. Shiloh made a couple of questionable decisions that bugged me a bit, but other than that I really loved this book. If you love Lynn Hagen's original Brac Pack series, you'll definitely like this book.
Love this new series with Sebastian Pack in town of Desire. If was fun seeing that Johnny and Spencer are still getting into trouble now and then. Shiloh has been hidden with the Brac Pack. When he meets Sebastian can see that the Rebellious Alpha and Shy Omega are meant to be together. Cant wait to read more about the Pack in Desire maybe Gabriel. Highly Recommend this book
This was a fun book to read, we get to meet a new pack, the Desire pack run by Sebastian. Shiloh is a lonely omega, he's been kept under lock and key for his own safety. When Spencer and Johnny talk him into a adventure he meets his mate in Sebastian. A evil twin and a snowstorm make for a fun exciting read.
OMG!! quick read 1st book this serie is.. simple, but cameos from Brac Pack -Johnny and Spencer specially, is refreshing. I miss Cecil... Mess with Shiloh's twin... I don't know but, I want to read next stories from Wolves of Desire, one chance... twenty... ????
I enjoy reading her books. They all have a different take in that life is special with their mates. The alphas are protective and caring to that mate. They have issues to over come but it all works out in the end.
I have waited so long for this book, it was a wonderful addition to a series in progress and a great start to a new series . I just wish it was longer but if you love the Brac pack you will love this one
I am really happy to see this spinoff series. Each book can be read as a standalone. Each series can be read in any order but they all have connected characters and background. I love it.
