Good reminders of activities to develop better eating, exercise, etc., habits to lose weight. She talks about the importance of making new, better habits, not just in eating patterns but in the thinking patterns that precede. Good to think about the reasons we make poor choices and how to mentally prepare to make better choices, set goals, and create better mental habits regarding food and health.

Good Book read it in one day. Good for first time dieters love that it was free also not too long.
