Super interesting information about the lungs, carbon dioxide and oxygen balance, Dr. Buteyko and his breathing method. Potentially life changing information for anyone suffering from asthma. The breathing methods seem to be helping my chronic cough. Will see long term if it's effective!

Good tips that have helped me deal with my asthma. The one main takeaway: always breathe through your nose.

a great book and eye opener for oxygen intake. Though the science behind should be studied and agreed upon by more scientists, there is no harm trying these methods and see for yourself.
