The first 25% of this book has some really good and easy to read health information. I wish it would’ve had more recipes that didn’t use granulated sugar, agave, honey, or corn chips. Corn chips, really? You can easily bake a low-carb tortilla to make chips instead, plus it would have fiber!

When the very first recipe has 56 g of carbs per serving, this isn’t a good “everyday” approach! Ick.
