I picked up this book with a more specific goal, that is, with the plans of hosting an online German language course on Udemy. Still, I learned a good deal of new odds and ends. Actually, how much you would find this book useful would eventually depend on you - your knowledge about the different skills and resources to start online business since this book doesn't get into profound depth but serves as a beginner's guide.

Anyway, the book is free on kindle unlimited and is a fast and short read.

This is a short book about, yes just has the title says -Passive income. I am not usually one for nonfiction books and have read a few and far between. This has some good ideas and what I like is that it gave names of some places to go and look for various things so you have a starting point and a quick view to go from there.

I did feel that this book is a little out of date as anything online goes in and out of date has fast as blinking but it was a decent foundation for other books or blogs that go more in-depth with each one that he touched on.

Well written boon but you can find all this info online . Some info (writing for Squidoo, for example) is very outdated (that website closed over a year ago - and freelance writing is not passive income!)

First of all this is not a book. It is too small to be called a book and large to be called an article.
Secondly, very few ideas are shared. All the strategies are not explained up to the mark to be understood by a layman.

So many grammar problems and not even a helpful book. Uses the term "passive" way too liberally. Half the book is full of freelance work, not passive income. Hardly worth the .99 I spent on it.

Do not pay money for this book.
All of this info is available to you for free online by just googling "passive income".

This guy has created a passive income for himself by writing a book about passive income.
He doesn't give detailed information about the mentioned methods of passive income and has clearly not implemented or tried those methods himself.

Dropshipping is not easy and worthwhile, doing surveys online give you 0.20$ max each day and are also considered pyramid scams due to their referral programs, creating software that people need is not at all trivial, and more.

"Passive income: 30 strategies and ideas to start an online business and acquiring financial freedom" is a good book for starters. It shows some of the common methods used, deeply related to internet, to diversify your sources of income.

Even though, there are plenty of ways to make money legally that won't be shown in this book, the whole content is still worth reading. At least, for the sole purpose of awareness.

Its more like a website read then a book. But overall content is nice, and it give directions to your passive income strategies. In today's world of internet and social media, how these thing can work together and generate some side income for you. I liked the book, and probably will go back and read some portion of it again. But again most of this stuff is already on websites, so probably search for specific question online is also an option.

While I can't say any info was strictly speaking inaccurate (but I absolutely could for spelling and grammar), the instructions/ideas are the first thing that came into the author's head, not at all researched or thought out, and often bleed into each other. Really it's just two or three ideas split into thirty brief paragraphs.

If I had to come up with a positive, it would be that it's very short.
