This cookbook does a couple of things right, it has a well defined regional approach to recipes and flavors as well as a focus in individual chefs and their artistry. The downside, for me, is that it is almost entirely meat oriented. being a vegetarian I found few recipes of any use to me.

interesting read. Recipes look delicious. Most of them are not what I'd call recipes for the home cook but they are, for the most part, manageable.

This is a very interesting recipe book exploring regional recipes in Mexico. This highlights local specialities. The chefs featured are from fancy restaurants as well as street venues.

Enjoyed seeing all the recipes from various chefs based in that country. That said, not a lot of recipes I wanted to cook, hence the low star.
