About the author

Prasanna Chandra is a former Professor of Finance. has an MBA, and a Doctorate in finance. He has served on numerous corporate boards. He was a professor of Finance at IIM, Bangalore for close to two decades. He is currently Director of Centre for Financial Management. He has received a number of honors like the Best Teacher Award given by the Association of Indian Management Schools. He has written more than 70 articles in periodicals and journals.
