Basically an encyclopedia of other sources of information that can be (is) used by private investigators and others to find, and find out about, people. Yes, your worst fears about privacy (there is none) are all true.

I got this book in back when I was involved in campaign work with, shall we say, small resources, to use it in opposition research. It's very dog-eared and highlighted--lots of useful suggestions--back then. But since this was published in 1995, internet resources have changed so much, moved so fast, I can no longer see using this as a reference, despite this being well-written and thorough for its time.
