About the author

Martin Handford, the man behind the mind-boggling Waldo books, began his career as a freelance illustrator specializing in drawing crowd scenes. The turning point came when he was asked to create a book showcasing his impressive talent, and the character Waldo was born—originally to provide a link between each scene. "I can't tell you how pleased I am that Waldo has taken on a life of his own," Martin Handford says. "I'd like to inspire children to open their minds to explore subjects more, to be aware of what's going on around them. I'd like them to see wonder in places that may not have occurred to them." Martin Handford lives in England.

When I was a kid, Where's Wally were the books that made me beg to go to the library with my dad. If that little guy knew I had a book that had them all in one place now he'd lose his absolute mind.

I’ve loved the Where’s Waldo books ever since I was a kid. Little did I know I was only aware of half of his adventures! This book packs out every Waldo release ever made into a single volume!

It’s really fun looking for Waldo in the old familiar pictures with my kids! But now Waldo has changed places, so I can look at the old pictures anew! The books I’m not familiar with are also a lot of fun.

Pros

*Travel Size! Very easy to pack places.
*Hours of Fun - seriously, it will take hours.
*Gives you all the Waldo you need in one small package.

Cons

*It is freaking hard to find Waldo. Seriously, it's been awhile since I've looked a Where's Waldo book and I don't remember it being this hard. Least observant person ever.
*The small size that make it easy to pack also makes it harder to search for the images.

Fun Book!

I picked up this Where's Waldo book thinking it would be a great book to do when I need a break. I haven't done a Where's Waldo book before so I really enjoyed this one.
Some of the puzzles are easy to find Waldo. Some will make you lose your mind looking for him - which makes it even more fun.
Very enjoyable and I'm passing it on to my cousins.

I picked this up and was more then a little disappointed.
They have heavily censored and edited the original art.
Many of the visual humor and bags have been altered killing the comedic timing on display.

Cumple las espectativas. Esta bien hecho y completo. No solo buscas a los personajes famosos sino que para ampliarlo tienes una lista en cada escena para buscar más objetos o personas. La única pega que le pongo es que los personajes famosos están siempre escondidos a medias, por lo que son fáciles de encontrarlos. Aunque como dije, los objetos lo hacen divertido y la cola del perro siempre esta difícil :D
