I used this book accompanied with the work sheets for my group music lessons. My students and I enjoyed learning more about the composers and listening to the recommended music within each section. Even though each section is only four pages for each composer, the information was very vast and informative.

This is a cute little workbook that gives a great introduction to some of the major composers and provides activities such as crosswords and word searches to help you remember the information. It also comes with a CD, so that you can listen to a selected piece by the composer while you read.
