This was an enjoyable textbook to read! I think the authors expertly balanced information with examples. After reading this text, I feel that I have an extremely strong understanding of nonverbal communication.

جامع ترین و رفرنس محورترین کتاب ترجمه شده در مورد زبان بدن. این کتاب بیش از 100 صفحه فقط ارجاع به رفرنس های علمی داره که دیگ جای بحثی باقی نمیگذاره. به عنوان مرجع بعضی رشته ها توی دوره ی لیسانس و فوق لیسانس توی دانشگاه ها استفاده میشه. آقای مهرداد فیروزبخت توی مقدمه ی کتاب هم این کتاب رو توصیه کردن که برای من چون ایشون و ترجمه های ایشون رو میشناسم به عنوان اتمام حجت عمل میکنه. کتاب در مورد زبان بدن، معماری، رنگ ها، چیدمان ساختمان، روابط زن و مرد، رئیس و کارمند، اهمیت زمان و آراستگی در روابط و غیره صحبت میکنه. اوایل کتاب بدیهیات گفته میشه و مقدمه به شدت کسل کننده و دانشگاهی نوشته شده ولی بقیه متن کاملا روان نوشته شده. توی کتاب چندین تست خودشناسی هم وجود داره مثل بررسی نوع اندام از ویلیام شلدن که به بررسی شکل بدن و تاثیر آن روی روحیه ی خود فرد می پردازه. من این تست رو دادم و از جوابی که بهم داد کاملا شگفت زده شدم.

Actually pretty interesting for a textbook. Although, a bit repetitive.
