Terribile. Opinioni molto discutibili enunciate come verità universali. Falsità, considerando che racconta di fenomeni ‘paranormali’ che invece hanno una spiegazione scientifica.
Nessuno dovrebbe leggere questo libro.

Estremamente ripetitivo. Esplica una dottrina che è a suo modo corretta. L'esaltazione dell'io e della realizzazione del se, ma è imischiata con una dottrina di fondo spiritista che a me non aggrada. Mi sa di una setta di esaltati. Gli esercizi alla fine del libro sono utili, ma anche qui nulla di nuovo. Sono consigli che si possono leggere su qualsiasi libro di autoaiuto.
