This book retells some of the most famous Bible stories with a light and humorous touch. It covers such classics as Noah's Ark, Passover, Samson and Delilah, David and Goliath, and The Prodigal Son. I received this book as a gift since the giver knew I was reading books about the Bible. The retellings were entertaining with some laugh out loud moments. It's a good book for kids or adults.

42 years ago, as a teenager I thought this was amusing enough that I had it in my pocket on a first date, skiing with a girl, in case the conversation lagged or came around to faith. (LOL; No cell phones!).

5 children and a great lifetime later, we’re still finding Joy in God’s word and attend the church we married in.

Marshall Efron has an inimitable ability to make life silly. In doing so, he's rendered kids' bible stories in such a way that they actually make sense to kids in ways that are liable to stick with them. By the way, the same is true for adults!
