***This Review for Bitter by Alexia Purdy Only***

I always enjoy a good shifter story - and this one definitely fit the bill!

Hayden is an agent of the Wicked Grove Supernatural Regulatory Agency and bitten while on a mission. Hayden just wants revenge on the shifter that bit him then he'll end both of the shift and himself. Because once bitten there is no going back to Agency - his life as he knows it is over - they will end it.

Tully is the shifter who find Hayden after he's been bitten and brings him back to the pack for judgement. She is attracted to Hayden and does what she can to orientate and train him while he is awaiting his chance to challenge the Alpha.

Could there be something more for Hayden to live for than revenge? Is it he the agent of change for the pack?

Thought the story plot was intriguing and enthralling. Would definitely like to have a longer visit to this world to see where the story goes next.

The only thing I didn't like was that I'm not sure I bought the connection between Hayden & Tully - missing some of the chemistry I would have liked to have seen. I hoping that the story continues and the connection becomes stronger.

I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this Advanced Reader Copy.

Hayden is a hinter, Tully is the hunted. When Hadyen finds himself as the hunted, and calling in love with a wild that he and his team have been hunting, not only does he have to adjust to being a shifter, he has to prove himself to his new pack to keep the woman he's in love with. Can he do it?

ARC for an honest review!

This was an awesome box set full of authors that made me want to read all of their stories. I have discovered some new authors and some I have already read the books from but nevertheless this experience and this book are a perfect winter read. With a cup of cocoa and a blanket you can get lost in the stories.

Love it!

>>>>> Reviewing “IMARA” by Jessica Cage <<<<<
Imara loved the Winter! The cool air and the darkness of night was exhilarating! It made her hungry, and she smelled the heat of her prey nearby!

Imara was a half-Succubus, a demon. She had magic but had to find someone to train her since her father had left long ago. She found a witch named Marlo in New Orleans who was willing if she would work for her in exchange. She wanted Imara to feed off of the sirens who fed off of power. Because their natures were somewhat similar, she would be able to do this task – and it would sustain her too. Marlo’s magic came with a heavy price tag. She wanted to destroy the sirens.

Imara was sent by Marlo to a man in Oklahoma. She watched the man play football in a field. She thought of him as “James”. When he finished, she suggested he take her home and made it obvious what she wanted. At the right time, she kissed him and her demon fed on him until he passed out. That was the end of her assignment and she usually never went back. Marlo would come afterward to strip him of his magic. But this time, Imara wanted to see him again. She went back and quietly entered the bedroom. She could not believe the horror of what she saw in front of her! She needed to escape this nightmare! But would she ever be able to free herself to escape from the witch???

This is a great variety of books that is well worth reading. You have a little bit of everything! Most likely you’ll find authors you already love, but there will be new ones too that are well worth knowing! I highly recommend this one! You’ll really enjoy it!

I haven't had a chance to read them all yet but I have read about a third of the stories and really enjoyed them! Here is what I think of what I've read:
Bitter by Alexia Purdy ***
This was a short but entertaining story about wolf shifters and human assassins.

Imara by Jessica Cage ****
Very interesting story. I would definitely be interested in reading more from this author.

Winter Runes by Rebecca Brooke ****
I liked this and would like to read more. I like the premise of the story.

Immortal Revealed by Magen McMinimy ****
I have read and loved every book in this series and this story is no different. As always, Magen McMinimy brings her characters to life in such a way that the reader can’t help but to connect with them. And her take on the paranormal is one I never get tired of reading!

Frigid by Rene Folsom ***
Interesting start but I was disappointed when it stopped in mid-story. I was starting to really get into the story when it ended.

I really, really loved this collection. So many awesome characters, fabulous settings and new book boyfriends to discover. It never ceases to amaze me how such talented authors can fit a complete story into a smaller number of pages.

I love reading these collections. Not only do you get to read new stories by favourite writers, but you also get to discover new ones you may not have read before.

Virginia Cantrell's "The Fall of Winter" was my favourite, though. Her characters were brilliant and the plot was awesome, as always.

I’m still working on reading this anthology. I will update my review as I read the other stories.

Frigid is a great start to a brand new series by Rene Folsom. Rene has managed to suck me in with her story telling once again.

This is a great paranormal read and I can’t wait to get the rest of Kirsi’s story.

Kirsi and her siblings wield elemental magic. Kirsi is ice basically. Her blood even crystalizes.

I am really curious about Branton. I hope he doesn’t betray her.

Not only can I not wait for the rest of Frigid, I’m hoping each sibling gets a story also!

Review for Bitter Wicked Grove Alexia Purdy
A quick story of strength and revenge that turns into something more. Hayden, was no longer happy doing his job and finds himself questioning the actions of the group he works for. Now he has to deal with more than he imagined and welcome all he never thought he would have. Tully was always second and the clean-up person but this clean up job may not be so bad. Great start to something bigger, I hope.

** This review is for Bitter by Alexia Purdy only **

Bitter is the story of how Hayden became the Alpha of the Blood Snow Pack.  He was bitten by the previous Alpha and had no option but to turn to them in his time of need.

Tully finds him and is then tasked with showing him their ways.

This is a prequel (side story) to the Wicked Grove series and I am quite interested to see how this evolves.

I received this as an ARC which I voluntarily read.

This is a great collection of stories by a group of fantastic authors. Each one was amazing and unique, and I can't pick a favorite among them. Such a wide range of styles, characters, backgrounds and so on makes anthologies some of my favorite books to read. Definitely excited about reading more from each of these authors!

Wow what an awesome collection of paranormal books by some very talented authors.

I won't write a review about each individual book as there are so many, but I will say I enjoyed each story.

Some I wished were longer while others were just right.

Well done to all the authors.
