Bakunin's text is actually only part of this book, the bulk of it being a cartoon history of Communist dictator's acting just as Bakunin predicted they would when they took power.

This is a comic illustrated version penned by Richard Warren. The text of the essay is accompanied with some fascinating illustrations of people and events giving it a fun and irreverent tone. The essay has been quoted and paraphrased for other a century but the snippets don't do it justice. I recommend reading it and if you find it difficult to give the illustrated edition a go.
