The Northwest is not only a center of independent art and culture, it's one of the best places in the world to eat. On the one hand, we've got great writing and books; on the other, we've got some of the world's best bread, beer, cheese, wine, and coffee. Written by a NW chef and restaurant owner, this book is a good source for some sophisticated recipes made with local ingredients.
