Heaven #1

Heaven Knows

Rate this book
Once upon a time, there was a love so strong, so pure and true, that it transcended time and space...and mortality.

That was the love Jason Hill felt for his wife, Sabrina.

Not even his death could force Jason to forsake his marriage vows. When his spirit beckoned him into a place of joy and wonder, his human form balked at the gates.

Jason managed to make a deal: He would gladly adapt to his afterlife - after he's chosen a new husband for Sabrina.

Never mind that his bad-boy antics were tainting his angelic image. Jason would move heaven and earth - literally - for the happy-ever-after ending he knew his love deserved.

I loved this story. The H Jason dies but refuses to go to Heaven until he can see his beloved wife happy in life. He gets her to go out with his living BF and agrees to go on to Heaven when she marries him and is happy. The h Sabrina knows Jason is around and tries so hard to be happy with a new relationship but really, really loves Jason still. The ending is a bit of a twist and I cried buckets but it was a really good story with a fantastic HEA.

Spoiler Ahead big time!

The ending is Sabrina is going to her wedding to marry the BF, she does love him and he is nice he just isn't Jason. The angels helping Jason want to erase his memory so he can be happy in heaven. However, the Highest Power intervenes and Sabrina has an accident and dies and her and Jason get a really happy HEA. The BF meets his own true love at the cemetery while visiting Jason and Sabrina's graves. This sounds kinda morbid but it was really well done.
