I live in The People's Republic of Boulder. I bought this book from The Boulder Public Library used book sale. I have the original edition. The new editions have color photos and can be bought at any Boulder bookstore.
Boulder Hiking Trails by Cushman and Cushman is the best hiking guide I know of for the Boulder area. The Cushmans have decades of experience and often write featured hiking guides for the local newspaper, Daily Camera.

My favorite trail is the Ann U. White Trail off of Lee Hill Road in North Boulder. Unfortunately, this trail is closed indefinitely due to historic flooding that occurred in September 2013. The trail is planned to be rebuilt but no further information has been given.
During 2014, I used the Cushman's guide to find new favorite places to hike. My personal favorite hikes include:
Long Canyon Royal Arch Mallory Cave Bear Peak via Fern Canyon Green Mountain via Greenman McClintock Trail Old Kiln Trail Woods Quarry
