Couple of short stories with Ryder and Megan - timeline taking place during Nobody's Dream and after. Ryder has come along way with his PTSD but still has a way to go. He and Megan are exploring more BDSM options to their sex life and they decide to settled down on Luke and Cassie's ranch with a new business endeavor between Ryder and Luke
There is one short story with Luke and Cassie. They to have come along way and we get a glimpse of how Luke's patients and training with Cassie has helped greatly.
Savannah and Damian also make and appearance which briefly mentions the upcoming trial of her sadistic father which will be a future book.

These are glimpses into life with Ryder and Megan who have the main share of the stories with Cassie and Luke having only one. I was disappointed by that only because I enjoy them as a couple.
These glimpses allow the reader to see how Megan and Ryder have progressed and how they have taken to moving into Luke's house on the ranch. We see a bit of Gunner Larsen as he teaches Ryder how to use a whip and they run into Marc and Angelina there. Megan still has no idea that her brother Adam is a kink club owner and he has no idea she is into it either. It will be hilarious when they found out each other's secret. If they ever do.
Cassie is still spooked a bit by Luke's unannounced arrivals but she has come a long way. She allows Luke to do something very intimate to her where as I don't think she would have let him earlier on in their story. Theirs was a sweet tale of love and longing and a possible glimpse into their future.
I hope to hear more tales from these too couples and their plans for the ranch. It will heal a lot of people and continue to heal Cassie, Ryder, and to a lesser degree, Luke.

Saving each other
I loved how Like and Cassie slowly developed their fragile friendship and realized that together they can trust and heal each other of their past losses and traumas. Trust takes time when you have been deeply hurt and I'm glad they decided to out in the work needed for them to rescue or restore each other's battered souls.

These were nice vignettes of two couples already met in the Rescue Me sagas. 4 of them are centred around Megan and Ryder, and as the author has said give some background on scenes mentioned in a previous book. Don’t expect loads of action – but there are some sexy scenes.
The last story gives us a little more information on Luke and Cassie and how they are getting on. Bit disappointed that there was not more of them in this novella.

I liked the book but was hoping for something more. Most of Ryder and Megan's storyline focused too much on sex. I didn't feel like I learned anything about this couple.
Most of the book focused on the above couple but only was longing for more Luke and Cassie. I loved their first book and was anxious to read more about them. They are one of my favorite couples. Right behind Adam and Karla

Kallypso's books are always a treat and Western Dreams is no exception. Thoroughly enjoyed the journey and look forward to seeing more of the family. And it was good to see old friends again.....

OMG....I loved this. Please, read the other books prior to getting this book. This is the continuation of two couples from the prior books. It is a quick easy read. Kallypso Masters is one of my go to authors. I know when I get a book of hers it will be a fabulous. I encourage each of you to get this book, it is worth your time and effort. This book is meant to give you information on some of the characters from other Kallypso Masters books. I really think your going to love this one. Another great read by Kallypso Masters.

This book must be read after book 6 in the series for you to enjoy the catching up of 2 amazing couples..Luke and Cassie, also Ryder and Megan. Loved the short stories of these 2 couples and what happens to them after their book!! Can never get enough of this series and love the way that Kallypso Master's writing pulls you in to her stories and you do not want to leave till it is done!! Great job and now on to Roar!! The next book written in this series!!

It was amazing to read more about Ryder & Megan. I love how they are starting with the bullwhip. Gunnar is the perfect Dom to teach anyone to wield a whip. Luke & Cassie have come so far. It is hard to believe she has come that far. I can't wait to read more about all the couples in the future.

This was a nice in between and update on the characters who feature in these short stories, they peaked the readers interest, but they ended too soon!
