OK, so let's start out with the obvious. This is a textbook. However, unlike so many textbooks, this book was well-organized, had good information with plenty of examples, and has actually helped me put more thought into my speeches.

To conclude, it HELPED! Definitely do the reading - if your case is similar to mine, it will enhance your public speaking skills and confidence.

No complaints

Correct book for class, easy to navigate, comes with study helps (flash cards, etc.).

I need six more words to qualify this for submitted. Sponges.
