He’s good for one thing and one thing only—and she wants it bad.
Honey Carmichael has never had a decent orgasm, and she’s out to change that with the one man in town known for his superior skill between the sheets.
Blake Dempsey is happy to help Honey with her “problem” as long as she knows he’s only interested in sex. His heart was broken when his high school girlfriend was killed in the car he was driving, and he has nothing to offer other than more orgasms than Honey can handle.
Which is just fine with her—until fantastic orgasms aren’t enough anymore for either of them and unexpected feelings turn hot sex into messy entanglement—and that most definitely wasn’t in the plans.
But you know what they say about plans…
A sexy, dirty stand-alone romance intended for MATURE audiences. If you can’t take the heat in Blake’s bedroom, stay out or you might get burned. You’ve been warned!

Whoa!!!! Marie Force has ovaries exploding in her newest steamy erotic romance, Sex Machine. This is the third book that I have read from this author and seriously Ms. Force is a force to be reckoned with as she has readers like myself squirming and blushing.
“So The Cock lived up to its reputation.”“The Cock is a battering ram. My poor va-jay-jay will never be the same.”
Six words from the opening line was all it took for Marie Force to grab my attention. Are you curious as to what those six words are? Ok…..here it is: “I want you to fuck me.” Yes, when I read that sentence I was wide awake. It was like a shot of caffeine. LOL. But in all seriousness, Marie Force wrote one sexy, sizzling, titillating, and erotic romance that will have you begging for more of Blake Dempsey’s infamous cock.
Blake’s well known cock is what ladies from his small town have been raving about. Women have flock to praise and worship his huge appendage. While Blake is known to get around, he is a hit it and quit it kind of guy. He doesn’t do relationships since he is emotionally broken from the tragic death of his high school love, Jordan. So when his childhood friend, Honey Carmichael suddenly asked Blake to fuck her, you can imagine his shock. First, he knew that he wanted her and she was like a forbidden fruit but also he knew that it couldn’t be anything more than just sex.
Honey Carmichael never had experience the BIG O. Yes, you know what I am talking about and so she decides that enough is enough and she needs to finally experience it. So when she asked her close friend, Blake she was thrilled and nervous that he agreed to fuck her so good that it will leave her walking funny the next day. Well, ladies and gentlemen, Blake fulfilled every sexual fantasy and oh yeah delivered multiple Big O’s.
“He takes the decision away from me when he grasps my hand and brings it to rest on his pulsating member. “Did you hear about this, too?” My mouth has gone totally dry as my fingers learn his length and girth. Good God. My pussy moistens in anticipation. “Did you?” he asks again. I nod and flatten my palm against him, working my way from root to tip and reveling in the twitch that jolts his tightly clenched jaw. “What did they say?”“I, um… They said it was big.”“Is it?”“You know it is.” How I manage to speak when his hands are digging into the flesh of my ass is anyone’s guess. “Is it the biggest you’ve ever felt?”“Yes.”“Do you want it inside of you?”“Yes. Oh, yes.”
The deal was one night no strings attached but one taste of Honey had Blake wanting more. He knew he was crossing a dangerous line because he is well aware that Honey might get attached. A few more romps in the sack and Honey knew her heart is going to get broken because she wanted Blake for more than just sex but is Blake willing to give her more?
“I want to tell him I love him, too. Of course I do. He’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and after being with him this way, he’s wedged so far under my skin— literally and figuratively— I’ll never get him out. I don’t want him out. As I tighten my legs around his hips and move on his still-hard cock, I want him in, in, in.”
Sex Machine was a decadent steamy sizzling erotic romance that will hold you hostage. Seriously, I could not put this book down as Marie Force had me begging for more. I partly like to blame Blake’s cock and of course Marie’s vivid description of the hot tangible and palpable connection brewing between Honey and Blake. Yes, this book has hot scorching sex but it also had an emotional story line that made readers yearn for Blake to move on and get his second chance at love. Both Honey and Blake were well written that you could instantly feel the connection. So if you are looking for one hot sizzling palpable love story that will have you hot and bothered, then I highly recommend you to read Sex Machine.
This one is sure to rev up the engines! Marie Force at long last has given readers another standalone novel. BEWARE! Sit directly under your ceiling fans, add a cool drink as well, and you might need to add an ice pack just in case to help cool you down while reading -- and definitely a cold shower when it's all over! She writes it wickedly hot & spicy and one that singes your eyeballs, but it is also a story that will tap all those feelings and emotions that romance readers beg for and demand. As usual, she does it in spades and never lets up the energy or drive from start to finish. WHEW! This grandma is definitely gonna need another tall glass of Cherry Coke Zero on the rocks!
Holy hotness Batman, this book was hot! But Marie Force has woven a story that is so much more than sexy. With her engaging characters and emotion-packed storyline, she has a knack for making you feel. And frankly, that’s the reason why I love reading romance books!
“I want you to fuck me.”
Six words will change Blake Dempsey and Honey Carmichael’s life profoundly. Blake has been declared an absolute machine, for his stamina in bed and his emotional detachment. His reputation of legendary lover has aroused Honey’s curiosity. They have known each other since childhood, but so far Blake has always been aloof and off-limits. Honey has had her share of attention from men, but she has never met the one. She wants to be with someone who knows what he’s doing in bed and Blake would the perfect partner for the one-night stand she has in mind. She propositions him and much to her surprise, Blake accepts.
What follows is an emotional journey that will turn their orderly world upside down. Their chemistry is off-the-charts hot, with plenty of steamy moments. But Blake is running from his past and feels guilty for the death of his girlfriend. He is emotionally detached and has forgotten how it feels to be truly happy. With Honey, he can be himself and doesn’t have to explain anything. But he is convinced he has nothing to offer her.
Their connection felt real and I wanted to hug Blake! He has such a big heart and definitely isn’t the unfeeling robot he’s made himself out to be. Honey’s affection and tenderness give him hope, though. I loved that she is stubborn, strong-willed and independent. Rescuing Blake from his demons becomes her mission, she is convinced that she has found a home with him. And it’s not a few obstacles in their path to happiness that will discourage her!
With this stand-alone erotic romance, told in dual point of view, Marie Force has delivered a heartwarming, incredibly sexy and beautifully written story. Her characters give this book its irresistible emotional pull and their smoldering romance kept me hooked until the very last page! I loved this book and definitely recommend it (mature audiences only, obviously)!
An advanced copy of this book was provided by the author.
Right out of the gate, I knew Sex Machine was going to be a fun and sexy romp when the heroine, Honey Carmichael, boldly proposes a night of no-strings-attached sex to the town's sexiest bachelor, Blake Dempsey. Honey is in luck since one night is all Blake can offer any woman. But Honey isn't just any woman. First of all, they're friends. Second, there's always been an attraction between them that remained unacknowledged until now. Third, Blake is still hurting over the death of his first love.
I really loved Honey's character. The name is unfortunate but I still genuinely loved her sex positive attitude. Blake is started closed off. But it doesn't take long for readers to realize that there's more to him than just being a "machine in bed." This guy is not only loyal but he's also kind and a good friend to Honey. I liked how their relationship progressed. And for those who are worried about the "dead ex" thing. Don't be. I think Marie Force did a great job separating both relationships in such a way that Honey never felt like a second choice to me.
My only issue with this book was the big conflict in the third act and the anti-climactic ending. It was too predictable to me. And it felt too coincidental as well. I understood the intent of the author but it just felt flat for me. Also, I really wish that Blake had taken a more aggressive approach to resolving the conflict. I mean, Honey already did a lot of initiating. That's not to say that Blake was passive throughout the book but I needed the hero to make a grand gesture. I felt that Blake didn't really do anything big to win Honey back.
Still, this was a really fun and sexy read. Loved the dialogue and the second characters are wonderful.
Sex Machine is fun, sexy, fast-paced and an overall entertaining read.
Sex Machine might be a quick and short read, but don’t let that fool you. This book has it all. It’s got characters that you can’t help but connect and fall in love with. Honey and Blake were a force to be reckoned with. I knew from the moment I met those two that it was going to be game on, and let me tell you, they do not disappoint. From smoking hot chemistry and banter that can’t be missed, I couldn’t get enough of these two. Yes, Blake and Honey’s story has lots of steam and lots and I mean lots of sexy good times. But, that’s not all their story is about. Blake and Honey’s story has is such a sweet romance. Not only is it going to pull at your heart, but it also has just the right amount of angst and drama to keep you on your toes.
Overall, I thought this book was a lot of fun. I really didn’t know what to expect when I picked up this book and I was pleasantly surprised by it. There isn’t much else to say other than I really enjoyed this book. If you’re looking for a quick, sexy read that will melt the pages off, look no further and pick up Sex Machine today.

When Honey Carmicheal seeks out a decent orgasm from long time friend and known "Sex machine" Blake Dempsey she thinks she will be safe from having any deep feelings for him because Blake only does sex and nothing more, he can't move on from the loss of his long time girlfriend who was killed in an accident 10 years earlier. If your looking for more substance in a book than just sex, then this book is not for you. What small amount of story there is was ok but there is just only so many times that you can hear that Blake has a huge dick before you scream out "Yes we get it". The characters were portrayed as a pair of dumb hicks and it certainly didn't help that the narrators gave a slow southern delivery. I found it all to be very boring and such an effort to finish it.
“I’m dirtier than you can imagine. You think you can match me dirty for dirty, Honey Carmichael?” “I think I want to try.” “Fuck, that’s a good answer.”
Honey Carmichael was tired of mediocre she wanted toe-curling sex, so she put on her big-girl pants and made Blake Dempsey a proposal he couldn't refuse.
Six words that changed his life forever.
Blake Dempsey was an utterly swoon-worthy, hardworking hunk of a man. He had an amazing body and was incredibly well endowed. But deep down he was a shell of a man. He thought he was a disaster, a no-good, broken-down mess. All he allowed himself was one beer every week and ONE-and-DONE sex.
He was utterly shocked to hear Honey proposition him, but ever since kindergarten he had a secret fascination with Honey Carmichael and saying NO would just not fly with him.
Of course one night wasn't enough for Blake and Honey. Not only did they have scorching hot sex, the sheets-grabbing lip-biting kind of sex, Blake also started to feel safe around Honey. She was someone he had known his entire life, she understood his pain. He didn't have to hide the agony in him. He could let go and be himself. Blake was known as the sex-maxine because of his stamina but also for his emotional remoteness. Honey gradually brought the old Blake, the happy one, back to the surface. She coaxed him out of his shell.
Honey, had faith in him, in the person he once was, and the person he could be again. And she knew how far she could go.
If I push for more than he’s able to give, he’ll run away. I don’t want him to run away. I want him to keep coming back, but only if that’s what he wants, too. So I bite back the urge to suggest more.
Blake and Honey found a match in each other. She was his antidote to a non-existing life and also gave him hope that there could be a HEA for him after all. And Blake was the guy that finally rocked Honey's world.
“I don’t know. I can’t remember what it felt like to be truly happy. It’s been such a long time, years… And then a beautiful girl walked into a bar and turned my orderly world upside down.”
If just his demons would have let go of him. But nothing really worthwhile ever came easy in life, especially not for Blake.
It was a fantastic, and fast paced read. I absolutely adored Blake's vulnerability. He was definitely my favorite character. The author didn't go overboard with the damaged hero clique, Blake was just enough damaged to make it believable. I also loved his dominant and protective side, which again was just right for me.
Sex Machine was a wonderful surprise for me. I have read some of Marie Force's other books but I was NOT prepared for this hot ride. I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs a touch of HOT.
This book was one long sex scene with numerous references to Blake's huge cock. I got bored by the repeated sex scenes and bored of him calling Honey 'honey bee', 'honey dew melon', 'honey nut cheerios' (plus numerous other versions of honey).
There wasn't much to the story. They had known each other since they were kids and even though he has slept with two of her friends, she has heard about his big cock and because she has never experienced an orgasm during sex with any other man, she decides to ask Blake if he will fuck her. He says yes as it turns out he has always fancied her. The minute he puts his mouth on her nipple, she is orgasaming and the minute she touches his big cock, he's premature ejaculating all over her! It's just orgasm after orgasm, sex scene after sex scene. They are instantly in love.
The author states at the end that she wrote part of this years ago and then decided to go back and finish it. Perhaps she should have fleshed it out a bit more. It reads like a rough draft. There is very little emotion to the story, it's just boring and I'm no prude, but when Blake has anal sex with her when he's drunk he only realises the next morning when he looks down at his big cock and sees dried blood on it. Urgh TMi!

2 and 1/2 stars Blake has a MASSIVE, AND magic, dick. Honey's va-jay-jay, and butt, have healing properties. They have tons of sex that leave Honey walking funny and bruised and Blake recovered from his tragedy. She is a very corageous lady, albeit a little naive one, since she decides it's a good idea to get her butt cherry popped by Blake's monster cock while he is blind drunk and almost without any prep. The End. Well, not the end, he has a relapse, but Honey Boo Boo (I think is the only Honey-related nickname he hasn't called her, so I'm helping him out here) says the six magic words, climbs him like a tree and all is well in the land of milk and Honey (this last one he actually used). Not quite the friends-to-lovers trope I was expecting since they were more acquaintances than friends. I couldn't get their connection other than she kept coming back for more of his gigantic tool and he wanted more of her tight assets. Soft porn at its best. Just fast forward some of the scenes in between as you would do with the bad acting in xxx videos.

This was just as enjoyable as I’d expected + a lil more. Erotic novels w/ saucy covers like this one can have underdeveloped characters but sometimes they can be surprising. Here- our two mains, Honey & Blake, share an emotional connection that was the cherry on top to their spicy moments🍒.. his pet names for her were adorable ..and on the side, I like the accurately detailed references to their artsy-fartsy hometown, Marfa, Texas’. If you’re looking for an easy, childhood friends-to-lovers read, this one is a good one.
Sex Machine really surprised me because I had a certain expectation of what the story would be like when I started it. After all, the title is Sex Machine. My preconceived notions were blown away by the surprising depth of emotion in this book. Yes, the book is super hot--but it's also deeply poignant and moving.
Photographer Evelyn "Honey" Carmichael has had a good run of bad luck with boyfriends. She has dated many guys in the small West Texas town of Marfa, but sex has always been routine at best. While she's able to have orgasms, she has never been able to have one with a partner.
When Honey's best friend Lauren points her in the direction of local contractor Blake Dempsey, Honey is resistant. Honey and Blake have known each other since they were kids, but they've only ever been friends.
Blake suffered a tremendous loss when his high school girlfriend, Jordan, was killed in a car crash while Blake was driving. Even though it was an accident, Blake has an enormous amount of survivor's guilt as a result. Twelve years have passed, but he is still grieving Jordan's death.
Honey has had a pretty rough life, too. Abandoned as a baby, the only family she has ever known is the woman she called Gran, who adopted her and loved her immensely. But now Gran is gone. Even though Honey has friends, she still feels alone.
So when Honey decides to take a huge risk and proposition Blake at the bar one night, she's terrified but determined. Blake is taken aback but accepts Honey's proposition--on the condition that Honey understands he's only good for one night. This has to be a one-time thing. Blake does not do relationships.
Honey is well aware of this. She's also aware of Blake's reputation in bed for being a sex machine--amazing at what he does, but don't expect any emotion or commitment to come from it.
The sexual chemistry between Honey and Blake is almost overwhelming for both of them. Pretty soon, one night has turned into two nights, then into something more. Honey knows that Blake refuses to fall in love, but despite her best intentions, Honey starts to feel something deeper for him than what he can give her physically. But can Blake learn to let go of his guilt and open his heart?
This book put me through the emotional wringer. I was not prepared for the angst of Blake's sorrow over losing Jordan. I also didn't expect the level of sadness and longing coming from Honey over no longer having anyone to call family. Both Honey and Blake have suffered huge losses--different, but somehow the same, too. They've both been lonely for so long and when they come together, it's as if they understand each other in a way that no one else can.
I started reading Sex Machine thinking it would be a fun and sexy story, which it definitely is. But it's also an intensely emotional and moving story about dealing with loss, learning how to let go, and letting yourself live again.
This was my first time reading anything by Marie Force and I'm looking forward to reading more from her in the future. I'm hoping that there will be a follow-up to this book since I enjoyed the supporting characters so much.
I highly recommend Sex Machine if you're looking for a book that somehow manages to be both hot and sweet. It also just might surprise and move you.
I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for my review.
Well honestly, this one started out kind of rough for me. It was a little cheesy pornish IMO and I almost put it down because wasn't in the mood for that. But I really hate giving up on a book so I kept going and I'm very happy I did. This turned out to be quite a sweet and surprisingly emotional story. I ended up liking both Honey (I HATE that her name is Honey.) and Blake quite a lot. They were both dealing with some profound events from their pasts. There was a lot more to the story than the "sex machine". Happy reading!
I hated this book with a passion. I DNF at 30% - I didn't like the characters at all. I usually really enjoy this author's books but this one was a big miss for me.
Ugh I'm getting so sick of these mediocre, boring books with weak whiney heroines who don't have spines and are so damn desperate for a man that they'll do anything just so they can have the affection of the hero. Every time Blake would push Honey away or break it off with her, or do something to hurt her or send or running, I wanted her to make him work to win back her affections. But every time she would go desperately running into his arms without an apology or an explanation. All he had to do was kiss her, touch her, or initiate sex and Honey'd be like putty in Blake's hands. So annoying! Make him grovel at least a little you spineless fool!
What's bothering me is that these books start off good and promising and then about 50-60% of the way through it take a dramatic turn for the worst. This book was pretty good at first, not a 5 star but at least a 3.5 star, but then around 60%, something happens between the Heroine and hero that causes me to start disliking the Heroine, Hero and the plot all together. Plus I got tired of their connection being solely sexual. They have known each other all their lives but they don't have many conversations that really reflect upon that. Maybe one or two. I didn't feel the connection between these two. I felt they were just into each other because of the sex. And I also hated how he was still stuck on his ex Jordan. I got tired of hearing about her. I don't like reading Romance novels when the ex of the Hero is constantly being brought up or imbedded in the story like this one. I got the impression that Jordan was Blake's one true love and Honey was just there to make him forget about the pain of losing her. And I hated that because to me I feel Honey should be that one true love. The book is about their Romance not Blake and Jordan. I understand she is somewhat apart of the story because its because of what happened to her that causes Blake to behave the way he does but I don't need her to be mentioned all throughout the book. I get it what happened was rough but it's like I wanted Blake to move on because what happened was soo long ago and it wasn't even his fault despite what he thinks.
The book also started getting a little cheesy too IMO. Highly disappointed in this one.
I was going to give it a 1 star but gave it another one because the the first half of the book was pretty ok. Off to find another one, I just hope the next book won't end up being as bad as the ones I've been reading lately.
P.s. I'm surprised by all the 5 stars on this one. I guess it doesn't take much for people to like Romance novels nowadays. I no longer have faith in Amazon or Goodreads reviews anymore. :(

Sex Machine is one HOT read, it has one emotional story-line. I found myself sweating from some of the scenes and crying the very next. I just couldn't put this book down.
Honey has never had a fulfilling sexual relationship with a man so her best friend tells her to pay a visit to The Machine aka Blake. Which she does. Honey is also suffering loneliness after the death of her grandmother.
"I want you to f**k me."
Little does Honey or Blake know that those 6 little words will change both of their lives.
Blake is a machine and owner of "The Cock." He doesn't do relationships or repeat partners. He is still holding the guilt of the death of his high school sweetheart. Ever since the death of Jordan, his high school girlfriend, he has just been coasting through life with not getting close to people. That is until Honey utters those 6 little words to him in a bar.
Will Blake and Honey be able to make each other whole or are the doomed nothing but loneliness?
I'm not even going to lie to you right now, this was one of my favorite books to read this year. It had everything I crave in a book....a good story, super steamy love scenes and a side of angst that made my heart break. Once I started reading I could not put this down. I was useless to the outside world.
This is a story about Honey and Blake, who have been friends for yeeeaaarrrrss BUT have never crossed that line into anything else. Blake is a sex god who can make you have multiple orgasms just by looking at you. Honey, wants to know what that's like so she propositions him and well....you could say the rest was history but oh no, there is so much more than that. Do these two like each other? Yes. Is the sex of the charts? Yes. Does Blake break is own rules to be with her, yes. Does Honey fall, absolutely. How could you not when you basically have the perfect package of a man wrapped up into Blake Dempsey IF only you could break past that wall he has had in place since he was a teenager. This is their story, and oh what a story it is!!
OH THE FEELS this story gave me. Again, I repeat, I loved this book and I loved in HARD! I 100% recommend this as MUST READ!
Hard to believe this bk was written by Marie Force. Maybe it was a story from her early years yet to be published that she dusted off. A head shaker for sure. This one was heavy on the sex, not like that's a surprise from the cover or the title. The characters were pretty blah for me and the story predictable.Where were the warm and fuzzy characters you love to love as in most of her stories??? Or the story you can't put down??? Totally surprised that this one didn't grab my attention. The heroine lost some major points with me. This anal sex virgin gives it up to the Hero who was so drunk he didn't remember any of it the next day and was obviously was too rough and hurt her. But she's okay with that. WTH?!? Smack!
Lots of skimming and skipping over mundane dialogue. Disappointed. Nice cover though, so it does have that going for it.
Ok, don't judge this book by its cover, or its title because THISBOOK!!! Oh man, it has ALL the feels! In typical Marie Force fashion, the reader immediately gets sucked into the book. Whew boy!!! Great read!
My first book by Marie Force and I didn't like it all that much
From the beginning this book didn't sit well with me. Honey's friend, Lauren, it's the one who encouraged Honey to have sex with Blake when Lauren herself had sex with him years ago. Along with the fact they w were all friends. That felt slightly wrong.
Another was that Blake was referred to as The C**k. It felt wrong that the two women, Honey and Lauren, kept referring to him that way and that he seemed ok with being called that.
Finally, I just didn't care for the way he as pinning for so long after his high school girlfriend and that he felt guilty to be with Honey. Especially when they saw Jordan's parents and Blake dropped Honey's hand when he had been holding out because he didn't feel he should be holding her hand I front of that. If I were Honey, I would've given up on him long ago and found someone better.
It's a shame I didn't like this book as it was recommended by a co-worker who races about her. I met Ms. Force and her husband at an author event where she sat down in a small group informal session. She's very funny and charismatic in person and her husband was so sweet and got her a glass of water and wine. They are an absolutely adorable couple! I know she had a large fan base so more than likely or is just this one book that I didn't like and made the mistake of picking it as many first book of gets to read. I won't let this book keep me from reading another book of hers.
3.5. Cute story! And very sexy especially in the first half. I thought Honey and Blake were adorable together in this low angst friends to lovers romance.
Marie Force has really surprised me with this book, having read another book by her before, I did not know what to expect with her latest book, Sex Machine. Needless to say, the book had me reading non stop and it will most definitely leave you wanting for more.
Right from the very beginning we dive into the world of Honey Carmichael and Blake Dempsey as one proposal leads to the beginning of a new forever. Blake is good for one thing and one thing only, and Honey wants it bad. She has never experienced a decent orgasm, and she wants to change that by going after the only guy in town whose skills between the sheets have just about every women in town talking about. But when she finally has him face-to-face things soon began to change for them as the two start to spend time with each other. Now it's up Honey to convince Blake that their relationship can actually work if they're willing to move on from their pasts.
Blake Dempsey is happy to help Honey with her problem between the sheets, with the only rule that there can never be anything beyond that between them. After his heart was broken in high school with his ex girlfriend, he doesn't want to have a real relationship ever again. Yet little does he know that by spending time with Honey will ultimately lead to that without even realizing it. Soon he has to decide to let go of his past, and finally learn to move on.
I really enjoyed reading Sex Machine, Force definitely filled the book with sizzling scenes that will keep you reading until the very end. Though we get steamy scenes in the book, there is more to the story than that, the characters have their own pasts that we get to read about in the book as well. Blake is your typical male hottie whose personality will grip you until the very end. He is kind and sweet with Honey that had me rotting for them from the very beginning. On the other hand, Honey is determined and knows what she wants. She is kind and really wants to help Blake move on from what happened in his past. She knows that together they can start a new life, and she will not stop until she gets him on her side. It's evident from the start that they characters have chemistry, and that all grows as the characters start to let go. Sex Machine is a well written book that has its own little twists and steamy scenes that will not disappoint. I would highly recommend picking it up. :D

This book!!! GAH! I loved this book so much!!!! Ok... I cannot gush enough of how much I loved this book. I was lost in this book from the very first naughty sentence to the last word in the epilogue. This stand alone book was so steamy, fun and romantic. SO much of what I have come to expect from a Marie Force book with that added steam factor that pushed this book into the WOW zone. This is not your typical Marie book. Yes, it's got her smart writing style. Yes, the book flows effortlessly like all her other stories. But this book has a powerful punch of sexiness that some of her other series books only hint to. The same Marie that we have grown to love but so much more.
Brock and Honey were amazing in this book. Sassy, sexy and a deeper level of commitment that either of these two could ever expect. Have I mentioned that this book was amazing? So mush sexiness but a real deeper level of a story lies underneath all that heat.
Run don't walk to snap up this book. I'm telling you... you are missing out if you don't pick this book up.
Thank you for a great book Marie!! Signed a forever FAN!!
In my reading/reviewing - i feel im on the generous side with the "I really like it 4stars" and stingy with the "OMG I totally LOVE it 5stars". A book has to be pretty much perfect in every way for me to give it a 5 star rating. I dont have a certain fixed list of criteria but just the way I feel reading it and after its finished - its what im looking for in a read at the time. But its rare that I find the diamond in the rough. Marie Force hit the nail squarely on the 5star head with Sex Machine! Blake and Honey's story had everything I needed to keep me engrossed in their story. Honestly when I started with the first few pages I thought it was just going to be some funny, dirty (albeit well-written) smutty story to occupy a few hours of my time. What I wasnt expecting was the depth of the characters and how the connection of their past (Blake and Honey) would draw me in and make me NEED to keep reading. Not just for the naughty parts (although they were amazing) but to see where they had come from... to see where they would end up, to see if they were going to be ok. I became emotionally invested in them. I wont give away any spoilers about the story itself but I will say this.. There is a lot of sex in the book (woohoo!) but there is a WHOLE LOT more to it than just sex. Its a very well rounded read and I enjoyed it immensely. 5***** WickedGoodStars!
