This is so different than what she's released in awhile. It reminds me of her Mate series which I loved! This is longer than her bear Brides series books.

Rohan and his brothers Zul and Edriq are a unique species, Dracans. Alien weredragons who've had to come to earth 70 yrs ago because their home Draca was destroyed when war broke out. They are in hiding because they are the last shifting Dracans and their enemies, the Slayers who are snake like shifting reptiles still search for them. A few Dracans still reside on earth who crashed with them but aren't able to shift like these 3 are able to. At least for now. He's got a sweet 5 yr old daughter Tessa. She constantly talks about her teacher Miss Amelia. Rohan saves her one night not knowing she's THE Miss Amelia. That was interesting. Amelia has a dark past and I wont give it all away but its a cool story. It was sweet and kinda romantic in parts. The Slayers are after him through his daughter. Can Rohan and his brothers make it in time to save her? Can Amelia keep her safe? Recommend the read and can't wait for the next one!

Enjoyable book

Really enjoyed the first book of this series.
Rather enjoyable characters as well as the storyline and the lengths your willing to go to for those you love.
Starting this series it was definitely not what I normally read.
Yes I read about shifters but not alien shifters. Was pleasantly surprised by it.
Very talented author. Everything she writes captures your attention until the very end and leaving you craving for more.

Wow

Slayors suck....they are a bunch of murdering hazards who should stop bullying people who haven't done anything to them. I wonder if Ronan knew her mom and could tell her more about her and the rest of her family. I hope that they get the rest of the Slayors in the next couple of bokks.

I have to say, I was extremely surprised of how good this story was. I had never read anything by thus author. Rohan is a Dragon Shifter from another planet. They have lived on earth for the last 70 years. His planet was attacked and his father, the king was killed. It was his duty to make his people safe. While out a female runs into him.

Amelia is a Kindergarten teacher who has gone on a blind date with a guy she met online. It does not go well, she runs out because she thinks he looks like a serpent. She thinks her mind is playing tricks on her again. She runs into a handsome man.

The only complaint I have is that it was way to short. I am looking forward to the other warriors stories.

Great First Story In The Series

I've read all three of the dragon series books and this one by far is my favorite. Rohan is the protector of of his people but most of all he's a devoted father to his little girl Tessa. That little girl is a trip, the way she has three huge weredragons wrapped around her little finger. Things changes when Rohan meets his daughters school teacher Amelia.
Amelia is a school teacher that loves her students. But something is missing from her life. The men she meets are schmucks that don't appreciate her curves. That changes when she meet Rohan. He shows her that those men were blind and that he is the man for her. When Amelia and Tessa are kidnapped, Rohan will unleash his dragon and burn his enemies to the ground.

Not for me. Hard to enjoy due to the author telling and not showing the story. It actually got really frustrating towards the end of the book when I could almost predict the characters reactions perfectly to messed up situations. Two stars instead of one because I believe this is a new author? Or at least the first in a series. So it may get better. Maybe. And the story line itself had potential, but wasn't delivered.
