This book is the second in the series of Lake Champlain murder mysteries. Murder mysteries I've read fall into one of two categories. They're either "who dun-nit's" that keep the reader guessing until the end or the "they dun-nit;" the reader knows who the "bad" guys are right away but the "good" guys are clueless as to who committed the crime. This story is the latter. Kritlow does a good job of creating tension while the reader waits for the truth to come out.
