This is a classic business book with many concepts and ideas about leadership in business.

This book should be read by all those going into management or supervision, but you should not take everything under advisement because there are a multitude of good business books and they may tend to take some ideas to the extreme. You have to find out what works for you and not what works for the author.

Good luck and good reading.

A quick read providing you with check lists for effective participative leadership. The tone is directed toward building a winning team. This book is an excellent guide for the new leader and a refresher for the veteran-from the rookie to the CEO. The writer's blunt style for giving the reader a sound foundation for leadership will keep you focused. Dr. Lundy's pithy guide, Lead, follow, or get out of the way can lead you to successful leadership.

I read this book over 20 years ago, but found it helpful in developing leadership skills.
