WARNING: THIS BOOK IS FOR 18+ ONLY DUE TO THE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT SCENES AND ADULT LANGUAGE. Zack Bradford's ego is so big that it can barely be contained in the stadium where he plays professional football. The quarterback previously named Rookie of the Year and deemed the Sexiest Man Alive is on top of the world. Or at least he was until he gets hit by a scandal that could end his career. To keep his multi-million dollar contract with the family oriented Wildcats, Zack has to improve his playboy image, starting with settling down with one woman...and he must do so in less than a week's time! Natalie Adair's life changed dramatically when she found out she had breast cancer at the young age of twenty-one. Deciding to dedicate her second chance at life helping others, Natalie accepts a job at one of the nation's largest breast cancer foundations, devoting her time to helping other women find and treat cancer early on. The organization's most lucrative fundraiser every year is the auction of autographed team merchandise by pro football players, and this year Natalie's in charge of the event. Not only is it a great cause, but the event provides Natalie with the opportunity to get up close and personal with incredibly hot players, including the quarterback from college who swept her off her feet with a kiss of epic proportions. After her and Zack Bradford's kiss in their sophomore year, Natalie went right back to being invisible...that is, until their two paths cross again. Zack can't believe his luck when a beautiful saint, one that actually works for a cancer charity for Christ's sake, practically falls into his lap. She is just the woman he needs to save his job. The only problem? The tiny, feisty, and somewhat familiar blonde flat out turns him down. Zack welcomes the challenge of having to actually work to woo a woman for once, but he warns Natalie that once he decides he wants to play, he only plays to win. Will Natalie be able to resist Zack's persistence and charisma, or will she overcome her insecurities and end up falling for the player? Lane Hart is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, D.B. West, and their two children. She loves all things beach related, especially sea turtles, and is a huge fan of the Carolina Panthers.
He was a TOTAL dick. He cheated on his girlfriend for year. And Natalie? He fucked other woman after he was with Nat. And he lied. Almost till the end he f*cking lied. DNF.
Short and sexy football bad boy needs help cleaning up his image or lose his 8 million dollar contract. Finds the perfect solution (or at least he thinks he does) when he meets a charity fund raiser, who fits the perfect mold for what he needs. But this one doesn't fall easily or willingly into his plan -- and the race is on.
Silly in some spots, touching and emotional in others, plus sizzling hot everywhere in between -- some places are a bit too much. But hey! It's a sports-themed romance (football quarterback) that cost me a buck -- and didn't make me think too much - perfect for what I needed at the time.
This was meant to be a light read after my long line of angst filled books lately, and it was. But the main male character was so morally reprehensible that I had a hard time enjoying the book for the fluff that it was. I was too busy judging him hard.
I loved this book! This book was about two things very dear to me...football and breast cancer.
Zach and Natalie had great chemistry...that started years ago! Zach's ego was typical, and Natalie's fears were realistic. I don't give spoilers, but if you would like a great read on a lazy day, this book is for you!
Can't wait to read the stories of the secondary characters!
I was completely I to this book from beginning to the end. I read it in one sitting. I fell in love with the sweetness of this story. How they met in College and found their way back to each other. I can't wait for the next books in this series.

All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given! Until next time... Happy Reading!
This book was SO good. But be forewarned— you will hate Zach at first. I sure did. The first chapter was so hard to read, but I knew about it ahead of time (thanks to reviews) and I was prepared. I’m no prude, but reading about his disgusting sexual habits was just gross. Plus I couldn’t stand how he still seemed hung up on Lacy. He was also arrogant, self-centered, self-absorbed, in love with himself, etc. Normally that would make me quit a book immediately but a reviewer said that Zach redeemed himself and I was dying to see how that was possible.
Well he did—now it happened over the course of the book, but by the end I was totally rooting for him. Even though he deserved the bad karma he got and there was no way that Natalie wasn’t going to find out why he originally pursued her. And Natalie- I adored her!! And from the moment they met she wasn’t putting up with him. Once they met I couldn’t put this book down. I was riveted by every word and that’s rare for me. I loved them together. But this book was also funny and emotional. The tension had me glued to the pages. And the epilogue was phenomenal and made me so happy!!
Zack Bradford is the star quarterback, Heisman Trophy winner, first round draft pick, and Rookie of the year. Yeah, he's 6'5" with 240lbs of pure muscle, blonde hair and People's Sexiest Man Alive two years running. Women can't resist him and he can't seem to turn them down. As a matter of fact, he could fill the stadium with NDAs from the number of women he's been with. If the NFL instituted a category for man-whoring he'd e in the Hall of Fame. Natalie is a cancer survivor of over three years. She now works for The Carolina Breast Cancer Foundation and it's her job this year to organize the auction of NFL equipment and make this the best one ever. Getting the autographs is becoming a test of patience especially when she has a brief past history with the one player who has made her wait two hours for his money making signature. This is an easy read that will have you chuckling, rolling your eyes, and making faces while questioning some of the antics and decision. Lane Hart has brought a story filled with characters that will absolutely entertain you while you finish this book.

Zac is such a player! Not just a football player, but a player of women! After cheating on his ex all the time, she dumps his lying butt! He literally gets caught with his pants down, and his team's owner lays down the law. Get a serious girlfriend, or risk losing his career. He just so happens to meet the sweet, beautiful Natalie that same day. She's smart, intelligent, and definitely not a gold digger. She works for a breast cancer awareness center that helps pay for mammograms for uninsured women. She's a breast cancer survivor, and is hoping to get some signed memorabilia for her charity. Zac is late by two hours and it pisses her off. He's so arrogant and full of himself. It doesn't matter that she thinks he's gorgeous! He wants to use her to benefit his career. He must convince her to date him. I loved the fact that Natalie is a breast cancer survivor, and chose to not have reconstruction. How can she reveal her biggest secret to Zac? How can Zac tell her the truth of why he's dating her? Such a great read, in a great series!
All in: Playing to Win by Lane Hart a Five-star read that you will go all in with. This is the fifth book in the All in series but they can be read as stand-alone, but I have loved each one as part of the series. I had to admit I did have this one on my list for a long time before I read it, I had read the first few chapters as a tease from book 4, and although I couldn’t wait to get my teeth into the holy hotness that is Zack Bradford even though he hasn’t always behaved honourably he really had me getting all hot under my football shirt. That being said it was the story of Natalie Adair that struck a major cord with me, it struck a cord that was simply too close. But I’m in a better place and the time was right to read Natalie’s story and find out just how she would manage to tame the bad boy. Throw in an amazing meet cute and you have me hooked. Thank you Lane for always giving us great story’s with passion that melts your underwear.
All In: Playing to Win is the 5th installment of the Gambling with love series. I didn't like the previous book in the series but this one is a lot better.
Not a fan of the hero, he was such a jerk to Lacy and all the other women. The hero is an unapologetic womanizer and very arrogant just because he is Zack Bradford! The quarterback previously named Rookie of the Year and deemed the Sexiest Man Alive is on top of the world. Or at least he was until he gets hit by a scandal that could end his career.
Zack can't believe his luck when a beautiful saint, one that actually works for a cancer charity practically falls into his lap. She’s just the woman he needs to save his job. Zack welcomes the challenge when she turns him down.
The heroine is a cancer survivor and has insecurities. Love her! Loved how the author put cancer in front and the heroine was such a strong female character.
All in all, this a great book. Zack and Natalie's story is so beautiful.
Wonderfully written addition to the series. Zack is a NFL QB whose off field antics has landed him in hot water. He must settle down with a nice girl or loose his contract. Natalie is a nice girl who works for a local Breast Cancer charity raising money for testing for women who cannot afford them. Being a survivor herself, she knows how important it is to find it early. Zack bribes her with a calendar that could be sold for the charity to give him 4 dates. She simply cannot turn it down as it would provide many tests after sales. Now Zack has 4 dates to convince her to make it last and their shared past just might be the key. As a breast cancer survivor, I identified with Natalie's insecurities and fears. Lane Hart did a beautiful job of writing this character's inner most fears as well as hopes.

All of the books in this series are great and this one is no exception. It delivers exactly what you would expect from a Lane Hart book. It is sassy, fun, sexy and sweet but also addresses deep meaningful things that everyone experiences at least once in their lives.
Zack has to clean up his playboy image or risk losing his job as the star quarterback with the family friendly team he plays for. He meets Natalie, a cancer survivor and cancer charity worker. He instantly knows there is something sparking between them so he starts trying to win her over. He knows if he can she could save his career and maybe more.
Great writing, fantastic characters. Can be read as a standalone, although I suggest you read the whole series. You can’t go wrong with this one.

I was unsure if I should read this book after reading some other reviews. I do not like cheating in books and a few of the reviews made me think this guy who has been a serial cheater in the past continued to cheat on his new g/f even after being caught and made to change his ways. At least for the camera. I thought this book was really well written. I enjoyed seeing them fall for each other and see how Natalie, even though she was falling for Zack still tried to keep her distance. I loved witnessing Zack try to understand his own feels. Yes Zack has a horrible past when it comes to women, but can Natalie change him so he stays on the straight and narrow? Does Zack ever find out what Natalie is hiding? This book was amazing. It hit on they very real story of breast cancer survival.
All In: Playing to Win is the 5th installment of the Gambling with love series by Lane Hart. This book follows the story of Zack a handsome play boy out to change his image if he wants to keep his job as the star Quarterback for a family friendly team. Natalie is a breast cancer survivor who now works for a cancer charity raising money. When they meet Zack is instantly taken with Natalie and hatches a plan to woo her in hopes that it will be what he needs to clean up his image in the eyes of the teams owners. This book is flirty, fun and filled with all the hot and heavy you expect from this author but it also addressees the insecurities that people experience when they feel they are lacking the things that make them attractive to the opposite sex. This is a great read!
This is my favorite book in the series so far. It is funny and sexy, but it is also touching on how it sheds light on cancer survivors.
Zack is the biggest self-proclaimed man whore on the Wildcats roster. He and his best friend Jake have gotten into trouble and their contracts are on the line if they don't get nice girlfriends and reform their nasty ways. Natalie is a cancer survivor who is getting auction items signed by several Wildcats players including Zack. He sees her as the perfect "nice" girlfriend and makes a deal with her to do a calendar if she goes on several dates with him. She has had a crush on him since college and he finds himself falling for her.

Lane is such a great author! Another fabulous book in this series. This one is Zacks story. He’s the star quarterback for the Wildcats. And has a horrible reputation as a man whore. He gets caught up with with a gold digger and is told to get a girlfriend or else he’s off the team. Natalie is the fundraising coordinator for a breast cancer foundation. She’s a three year survivor. When Zach meets her he realizes that she would be be the perfect girlfriend. So he asks her out. And she turns him down. Well it’s game on! Loved this book immensely, it’s steamy and romantic. The saga continues forward with Lacy! Who’s the baby daddy?

I'm firmly split on this book. There was a lot I liked about this book. I liked the storyline, the steam and the chemistry featured in the book. I loved Natalie! She was spunky, sassy and real. What I didn't like was Zack and his actions. I know there is a lot to be said for the antihero and everyone has their own favorites (myself included). Zack just really rubbed me the wrong way and he never really sold me on the fact that loving Nat would make him a better man. That is just my opinion and how he left me feeling. Other than that this was an entertaining read. This is my totally voluntary and completely truthful review.
Zach and Natalie story. You could say it’s sport romance and a hot one ,too. It’s written with some humour that you can chuckle but also bring some series issues. Natalie is running fundraising campaign for breast cancer survivors. Zach ,famous quarterback, signs some items for her auction. While they falling for each others a few pieces from their past is missing and this could ruin this fragile relationship. Will they have HEA or Zach will fall back to old habits? Enjoy reading, despite medical line,is good ,relaxing book.

Book five in the Gambling with Love series. Zack is a pro football quarterback in danger of losing his job due to his playboy ways. His one chance is to find a woman and appear to be settling down. Enter Natalie. She works at a cancer charity and is putting on an auction to help toward breast cancer. As a breast cancer survivor this is very near and dear to her heart. What starts off as a way to keep his job turns into so much more when he realizes the truth about his feelings for her. Read this book and this series!!! Won't regret it

Zach is in trouble with his team's management because of his habit of publicly sleeping around. He needs to improve his image fast. He meets Natalie, a breast cancer survivor, when she is collecting signatures for a fund raiser. He initially sees her as a way of improving his image, but he starts to feel a real connection with her. But can he convince Natalie that this is real.
This is book 5 in a series about players from the Wildcats. It reads fine as a standalone, although the story does include characters from the previous books.
A great read.

I wasn’t happy with Zach’s personality in “Playing the Fool” and in the beginning of “Playing to Win”. But with the author’s convincing writing, I was definitely pulling for Zach to win Natalie’s heart. I think that this is the most heartfelt story in the series so far because of Natalie’s experience and Zach’s second chance. How the author was able to get around Natalie’s issues and still provide the scorching sex scenes on the pages is a testament to the Ms. Hart’s writing talent. [I received an advanced copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.]
I’m so confused how Lane Hart can make me hate people in one book and love them in another. While some of the characters in this book are from the previous book this book is so much better. Honestly don’t read the book prior...just read this one. This book is amazing. It has characters that are really well written with an honest past that some can relate to on a different level. This book is a must read for all Lane Hart fans.

This is the story about Zack . At the beginning of the book from reading book 5 I really didn't like him. He is everything a you hate in a man who has the looks and the career a boat load of money doesn't hurt. Cocky, arrogant, and in lots of trouble for his activities off the field. Told to shape up or not be able to play he is forced to choose between nameless gold digging women or one woman to settle down with. What will he choose?
Wow, what a fantastic story. I am so very happy with these kinds of books. Everything is right in this story, the characters are well described and come into their own. The chemistry, humor, drama and wonderful scenes are just fantasic. I just do not have any other words for it, this can happen to everyone. From me 5 stars.
