Not a bad read

It was a very basic overview of what the dash diet was. I felt like it was very straightforward with what I needed to do. It provided recipes and meal plans.

It was OK ... but not worth what I paid for it. It was supposed to be free on Amazon Kindle. I ended up getting charged.

Oh well.

Great for beginners

Great summary of what you need to start out. Great lay out for your plan. Just wish there was a low cost way to achieve the same results.

Very minimalist

More a description of the diet than a recipe book, so be aware of that...even as an overview, its limited.

Good book.

Buy this on your Kindle to save money. Easy read. Recipes included with macros. Easy to read. Very quick/ short

A Quick Read

I liked the book as it was a quick read. However, at the same time, it lacked depth. It was simple and straight to the point. I didn't care for too many of the recipes offered, hence I gave it 4/5 stars. As a beginner with high BP I think this book is a good starting place for a better diet.
