It was a very basic overview of what the dash diet was. I felt like it was very straightforward with what I needed to do. It provided recipes and meal plans.
I liked the book as it was a quick read. However, at the same time, it lacked depth. It was simple and straight to the point. I didn't care for too many of the recipes offered, hence I gave it 4/5 stars. As a beginner with high BP I think this book is a good starting place for a better diet.
