Loved this book! Almost inspires me to go into admin! It has a definite high school focus but lots of the ideas trickle down to elementary. There was also an American focus but lots of BC quotes, especially from my own district, Laurie Meston and Grant Frend. "A leader must cultivate a culture where everyone is essential to achieving the vision," Laurie Meston, School District #42. This is a must read whether admin or not!
