There were scenes in this book that were so powerful they grabbed my heart and didn't let go. I liked all of the characters, and some I loved. I was sympathetic to Crystelle and rooting for her to resolve her grief issues. The writing was beautiful, however, it was almost lyrical to the point of being hard to understand.
