France A Culinary Journey is a coffee table book of sorts that allows the reader the opportunity to explore France region by region, feasting on glorious photos and recipes throughout.

The hand-drawn/painted maps that mark the beginning of each new section add to the charm of a book that is packed with history, geography and regional customs, all of which have contributed to the cuisines of the area.

Purchased in the early '90's, the book has been well-loved over the years.
