Gilbert Childs takes the complex world of Rudolph Steiner's educational vision and makes it more accessible in this useful book.

Steiner education is a holistic system - taking the ideas in isolation could easily result in misunderstanding. There is a reason for everything - nothing is arbitrary. Many concepts (like loss of milk teeth = readiness to read) may sound odd but are actually well explained in this book.

If you wish to find out about Steiner/Waldorf education, this is definitely a good start.
