This book does a great job of tying up all loose ends and finally giving the reader Blythe and Gage's story which has been building over the last two books. It also gives a satisfying conclusion to the Golden Age Hollywood mystery the characters have been chasing for three books now. This book, more than the others, shows its age a bit but the story and characters shine through (and a few mental corrections fixes those "ancient" technologies referenced at times like the old credit card phones on planes!)
