Joshua Gardener thought it was his turn when he agreed to take Noah Claridge to Waterloo Falls' legendarily romantic town fair. In the end, things worked out magically for Noah and Jackson. What about Joshua? What do the stars have on store for him?
Author of the popular Nannies of New York and Boys of Lake Cliff book series, K Sterling has self-published dozens of books. K. is known for fast-paced romantic thrillers and touching gay romcoms. There might be goosebumps and some gore but there’s always true love and lots of laughter.
3.5 stars. Joshua and Jas, were cute together and I'm so so glad Joshua found his happiness. I really wasn't keen on Jas in the beginning, but he sort of grew on me and realized how special Joshua was.
I really didn't like the way he was so nonchalant about his plans to leave and marry a woman. I understand that he had his family obligations and even if the didn't like them he felt he had to carry them out. It was more his attitude and how he seemed to have no remorse. He just didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy.
Now after the breakup and he realized how much Joshua meant to him he became much mkre like able. I felt really bad about how his family (well father) treated him but of course a HEA was inevitable.
Really liked the epilogue and it was no nice to see Noah and Jackson again.
This just didn't hold my attention at all; I just kept getting distracted while reading it. But my biggest gripe about this is that Joshua kept describing Jas as "exotic." Uhhhhhhh... no.
Another fantastic read. So happy Joshua got to find his match. And thanks to Noah being a good busybody. Every fated love needs one. Joshua and Jas are smoking hot together And the other half of one another's whole. Just simply good writing making for an awesome read.
Each book seems to be even better than the last one. Just when I think it can't get any better, K. Sterling creates a new story and set of characters that make the reader fall in love all over again.
I'm a huge K Sterling fan and love all her books but this is my favorite so far.I fell in love with Joshua pretty much straight away.K Sterling's books keep getting better if you like romance, love and steamy sex scenes then you'll love this.
Bow down again, I have never doubted this author and she never fails to hit me in the feels. This was the perfect continuation to Under the Stars. A million hugs and stars to you K. Sterling!
3.5 Good story, really liked these two, but the constant stitching of who's head one was in was too quick and lacked a good flow. It made the story confusing to read at an even pace.
