I couldn't fully get into this short story. it's not that it is badly written, It just seemed that it never fully captured my attention. it is about two worlds of vampires and humans living together and two opposing sides within the vampire species. Each side has human "servants" of whom Emma and Davie are each working for. Through a chance meeting in England, Emma and Davie meet and fall in love however Davie is called back into battle and a not so certain fate. Emma must travel to find him in hopes they can spend the rest of their lives together.
