With the popular tv series Orange is the New Black, this book may make people think it has to do with prison or with Tilly finally getting locked up when she beats an asshat to death. It is actually neither. Instead, orange is in reference to how nothing rhymes with orange. Orange is completely unique which describes Danielle's relationship. Just when I thought Ms. Dalton could not make a more complicated relationship, she throws this complex foursome at the readers. I might need a diagram to draw it out. Danielle is interested in Coop. He is interested in her. He is into kink, she is kind of into kink and will explore with him. However, Coop comes as a package deal with another two. Coop is straight, and yet he Tops/dominates Hunter who is in a relationship with Todd. Did I mention Hunter and Todd are gay? And they both crush on Coop, even when they know he has a girlfriend. When a relationship needs to put two different people as the "top priority" depending on whose allocated time slot, it makes for headaches and hurt feelings. Honestly, whilst this story did an excellent job of showing how it can be done, the reality of it is, jealousy will rear its ugly head. And Coop is a greedy bastard because he gets his cake and eats it too. Whilst everyone may think Danielle and Hunter are competing for the primary relationship slot, it really is Coop who is in the primary focus as everyone has to revolve their life around him. I get that a poly can work. This setup is just asking for trouble especially as Coop has very definite boxes each person belongs in. Fortunately, Ms Dalton is able to make this multiple partner relationship work. It is a balancing act which takes a few tries to get working right. Even then, miscommunications happen. With the added family stress from Hunter's side of the house, it only adds to the drama. Luckily, one person's weakness becomes a another person's strength. The way each of them help each other out and they develop their own connection with each other makes for a strong web of love. This is what makes the story so good and the poly work. This kinky erotica is for readers who think, why stop at three? Why not have more? Try four!

Spoiler Ahead This was book 35 in the "Suncoast Society" series. Danielle "Dani" Webb recently moved back to Florida with the help of her family after being in a car accident and leaving her live in Dom. Because of the car accident she lost her career as a performer. Ned "Coop" Cooper is a Dom and Hunter is his longtime slave he has a boyfriend Todd who is not a Dom. When Coop's girlfriend Bethany decides she wants to move in with him and wants him to stop playing with Hunter he breaks up with her not in a bad way but he knows that she is not submissive and he told her before that she should call before coming over because she was coming over on Hunter's time. Coop always consider himself straight although Hunter and Todd have told him that they would be interested in more. Coop meets Dani at a munch when her friend Mikayla and her Dom Carson. Dani and Hunter have a few things in common they both suffer from anxiety and she also has OCD. I could relate a lot to both of these character's as I too have anxiety and the more I stress the worse it gets. Hunter who is in the closet with his family about being gay and kinky. Hunter works in the family business that he hates because his grandfather left him money that his father controls and with his 35 birthday coming up he is worried that his father will make him wait another five years. When Coop begins dating Dani Hunter feels that she will take him from him although Coop was very up front with her about Hunter and Todd. When Coop ask Dani to pretend to be Hunter's girlfriend around his family both of them are not sure it's going to work, but it does. This was a good book although other's in this series are better this book didn't have any crazy exs or anyone getting seriously hurt although Dani does have a medical scare with her heart. The sex scenes in this book are hot Tymber writes really good BDSM scenes. This book was well written like the rest of the books in this series. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series. If you like reading BDSM with Dom's who are not a**whole than I recommend that you read this series each book can be read as standalones.

WOW! Awesome. Yes the characters dynamic is a tad confusing looking at it from the outside, but reading their story it makes perfect sense. One of the best books of the Suncoast Society series. Dealing with anxiety both Hunter and Dani have had a tough time. Todd does his best to help his lover but Coop can give Hunter something Todd can not. Dominance! Now Dani healing from a past failed relationship and accident needs some structure also. The four together works for all. After all isn't that what matters most?

Book number 35. Wow! But you know what they say. if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. And I say never fix it. Keep right on going. Rhymes With Orange is Book 35 in the Suncoast Society series by Tymber Dalton, and they just keep getting better, so why stop?
Coop, or Ned Cooper, is the straight Master to gay Hunter, who has a boyfriend, Todd, mostly vanilla guy. Are you with me so far? Coop masters Hunter because he has severe anxiety issues, and aside from mind-numbing meds, BDSM calms him. But Coop has a girlfriend who is not so understanding of the situation. In a stand-off that had me cheering, Ned realizes it’s time to kick her to the curb one she starts issuing some rather harsh ultimatums.
Dani, or Danielle, has just moved back to Florida after a career ending accident leaves her in severe pain and worsens her OCD and anxiety. She also had a boyfriend/Dom who failed her when she needed him most. She wasn’t planning on looking for a new Dom, but she meets Coop at a brunch her best friend takes her to, and then again at a dinner she sets up,
Dani and Coop get along great, even with their shared love of Deadpool, but first she has to pass the Hunter approval. And that may be the hardest hurdle to pass of all. But when a situation arises with Hunter’s family, can Dani prove once and for all that she belongs to their tight group? When Dani’s health declines, it’s Hunter who sticks by her.
As always, this was an incredible read by Tymber. It feels, not like reading a story, but like being invited to participate, to take a peek into the lives of a community. It’s a community I would love to be a part of, I mean seriously, who wouldn’t want Tilly as a friend?

Of all the books in this series I am going to yell loud and clear so Tymber can hear me... THIS WAS THE BEST YET OF THE WHOLE SERIES! I am in love with the whole Suncoast Society series but this one? Oh my! Hot all the way through. I love the dynamic Tymber wrote in this one. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good about this book and the entire series. I totally loved it. Coop, Hunter, Todd, and Dani and all the twists and turns and snark and heat made for an awesome read. Tymber Dalton knocked it out of the park again.

This story is how four people come together and in helping each other become a family. This is the 35th book in the Suncoast Society series. It can be read as a stand alone but it will be much more enjoyable to the reader if they have read the previous books.

This story has so many levels and layers that make it a great read. From the beginning I was drawn to the characters and it was hard to put the book down to do things like go to work and sleep.
It was wonderful to see that Coop is an honorable person and puts first things first. His loyalty to each of the other people make is easier for everyone to trust both him and each other more. There is so much caring.
What I thought was the most interesting aspect was the way that not only the way the relationships built between the obvious couples but between all the other individuals as well. Each brought something special and unique. Their creativity will go a long way to making sure that everyone is both protected and well cared for.
The end of the story felt like just the beginning for these four special people.

I really loved the characters in this book. Todd who loves Hunter so much he allows him what he needs from Coop. Coop who has a deep understanding of the needs of his two pets. Dani who has overcome so much but lives with daily pain. That these four can give each other strength and love to overcome all their deficits was a great story that I enjoyed. Hunter is such a sweet character, I'd like to see more of him as I think he grew the most. Most definitely worth the read.

Another amazing book by Tymber. I loved the dynamics between everyone. With so many people you would think it would get confusing but Tymber made is seamless. You never felt like there was too many people or not enough time with one like sometimes happens in books. Amazing book and one of my favorite in the series

I love all the Suncoast Society books, but this one I think will top my favs for awhile. I'm really loving the MM books lately and to get 3 hot guys together and a female lead who doesn't annoy me A++

Tymber Dalton is a go-to author for me. After reading a couple of pretty dark books to start off the new year (that I loved), I wanted to read something where consent really is what it's all about. That is a given in a Tymber Dalton book.
Rhymes with Orange is the 35th installment in the Suncoast Series, and I thought it was a really solid story - with a unique relationship twist. Many of the Suncoast books feature triads or other poly groups, but Dalton managed to come up with a unique twist in this quad.
I liked the characters in this story - Dani has had to remake her life after a car accident, and she's been dealing with OCD and anxiety issues throughout her life. One might think that this would make her a weak character - but Dani's no doormat, and I really like that about her. I also liked the three men in the story - Ned (Coop), Todd and Hunter. I read a review that said that the person couldn't relate to Coop - that wasn't the case for me at all. All four characters changed and adapted as the story progressed, and that was one of the things I liked best. For lovers of poly relationships, this one is definitely worth a read!

Another great one from Tymber, missed Gilo on this one. He would have been a great addition. The way the four of them came together, orange was a great description tho. Wonder what the tests finally said, were they finally able to go to the club or club related functions? Just things going through my head. Love the way that they were able to make the four of them work sexually as well. I don't remember Ned getting his 30 strokes with the nasty paddle tho.

It takes real skill to coordinate this poly relationship! Ned/Dani, Todd/Hunter, Ned/Hunter, Ned/Todd, Hunter/Dani, and Todd/Dani....it's a great love story. It's about personal growth and trust. You see through the eyes of two characters hat struggle with the daily life activities but manage to come together for the greater good. Wonderful story!

It has been years since I read any Suncoast Society books, but remember enjoying them not for the BDSM, but for seeing how other people think/live. unfortunately i felt disconnected from these characters and that their story was not fleshed out enough

I felt bad for Dani for most of this book because she kind of was getting a crap deal with Ned/Coup. I felt a disconnected from his (coup) character for most of the book. I loved the story with Dani and Hunter though. I loved everything about both of them! I guess you could say Dunter was my favorite 'ship here.

I adore how willing the characters were to help each other out in an awkward situation. They were so real that I forgot I was reading a fiction novel.

I love oranges!Another good book by Ms Dalton. I really enjoy that her books are not centered around clubs. That the focus on real life problems and maybe fantasy solutions, but still manage to seem somewhat realistic.
