This is a great pocket guide if you have read the other Wheat Belly Resources and want a quick way to reference the day to day basic details with out digging through all the detailed information in the other guides.

If you feel like this is short and you want more information I think it's because it's designed that way to be a quick reference guide. I would read the 10 day detox by the same author for more detailed information.

Excellent, concise, and perfect short version of the lifestyle plan for those who've felt overwhelmed .

I've been grain-free 2 1/2 years and experience so many health improvements I can't imagine turning back. This is a great short version to pass around to those you find it hard to influence.

Helpful information for a beginner as well as someone with some acquaintance with the Wheat Belly diet plan. I would prefer a hardcopy for easier reference to recipes and food lists; may invest in one.
Easy reading and enjoyable read as well.

Useful quick review of the Wheat Belly way of eating. Could use a few more actual simple lists--ie: grocery lists. But the recipes are good. A very quick read.

For someone like me w/ gluten reactions this book is very motivating. It brings a lot of science to the reasons behind the body's reactions to grains and comes with some handy recipes. It's a concise & quick read.
