I got this from the library, it might be worth buying just for the soup recipes. A lot of the rest of the recipes are things you could think up on your own. But it's a solid book. Not loaded with tofu or seitan recipes either, ew! I will say that a lot of the nutrition info just doesn't seem right though. I'd probably plug them in to a recipe calculator.

I enjoy this cookbook. The recipes in here aren't the typical ones you find in EVERY single vegetarian cookbook, which is refreshing. Lots of different variety.
