Not all fights are one on one. In a team, no man should stand alone.

‘You can’t keep me.’

Shawn ‘Easy’ Pischlar has given his speech so often, it should be written on the white board in the Dartmouth Cobra’s locker room. Too many of his own teammates have heard the words.

And the games he’s played are finally catching up to him.

To hang on to his freedom, Shawn gave up on ever having someone to call his own. A young woman who expects nothing from him slips into his life and has him ready to toss the rulebook. While the man he loves tempts him to burn it.

Keeping them both would be easy, only…caring about them isn’t.

Because when he lets himself care, he remembers why he wrote the rules in the first place. Every lover, from the casual, to those who steal a piece of his heart, shouldn’t expect more than pleasure. More than passion.

Playing the game, on and off the ice, is his whole world. One he isn’t ready to change.

Except, life doesn’t stop for the game. And when old scars are ripped open, and he’s left bloody and beaten, the rules won’t help him put the pieces of his life back together.

To win this fight, he’ll have to break each and every one.

Tell you about me? Hmm, well there's not much to say. I love hockey and cars and my kids…not in that order of course! Lol! When I'm not writing—which isn't often—I'm usually watching a game or a car show while working on promo. Going out with my kids is my only down time. I get to clear my head and forget everything.

As for when and why I first started writing, I guess I thought I'd get extra cookies if I was quiet for awhile—that's how young I was. I used to bring my grandmother barely legible pages filled with tales of evil unicorns. She told me then that I would be a famous author.

I hope one day to prove her right.

This was an easy 5 STAR read for me! I'm so emotionally invested in all of these characters, there is NO WAY I could turn away for even a second! Sommerland brings the sex...the kink...the emotion in every single page. I FREAKING devoured this book, and it's a BIG book my friends, with SO MUCH going on. It's so perfectly woven together. It's as close to perfection as you can get. Super SUPER well done!

Once I finished LINE BRAWL, I asked myself how the HELL was I going to do this review. A.) I need to be careful and not post any spoilers. B.) I need to try to do this book justice. So instead of going on and on about the plot and how it gave me palpitations, I'll just continue to tell you that THIS book, this entire series just ROCKS MY WORLD! Line Brawl is Book 8 in Bianca's Dartmouth Cobras Series, and I believe it's best to read in order. Trust me when I tell you, once you start the series, you will NOT want to put it down. These characters will just stay with you throughout the entire journey. You will laugh, you will cry A LOT, and you will feel this indescribably connection with every single character. This author will push your buttons and make you view things differently. She will open up your mind and shatter your heart, all with the promise of mending it back together again. This is so much more than a sports romance. This is a down and dirty, raw and gritty, absolutely heartbreaking AND heartwarming love story. I've waiting for Easy's story for what seems like forever, and Sommerland scored on so many levels! The author did Pisch's story justice and left us with promises of better days ahead for one of my favorite players. Line Brawl was an absolute ROCK STAR of a book!

2.5, rounded up. I was disappointed.

“I am not interested in long term. I don’t tolerate jealousy. If you fall for me, you will get hurt, so be damn sure you keep your heart out of the game.”

Line Brawl is book #8 in the Dartmouth Cobras series

**Synopsis:**
Shawn "Easy" Pischlar is a man who doesn’t commit. Ian White is his best friend and always thought he was straight, until a night of passion with Pisch made him rethink that. Then there’s Justina, the curious, shy virgin. Throw them all together and what do you get??? I’m sure you can guess.

** The following are my thoughts about this book: **
* * I thought too much time was spent on Sam when she didn’t even end up with Pisch and Ian. What was the point? All it did was detract from the chemistry build for the actual trio. And the way it ended with her just fizzled out. That whole aspect of the story was a letdown and completely derailed the book for me.

* * it was 17 chapters before Jessica had her first interaction with one of the guys. 🤨 17 CHAPTERS!!! 🤬 Way too long to begin to establish chemistry. Also, it forced an “insta love” trope, which I didn’t believe.

* * The book jumped around between various couples from the seven previous books. Was it nice for them to be included? Sure. But, it also made the story feel disjointed with all the different subplots going on.

* * At one point I Loved this series. But this one and the last one seemed to miss the mark for me

* * character overload. Ugh! Yes, I have read all the previous books, but it was years ago since I read the last one. I forgot who was with who, so half the time I was trying to figure out who went together and the dynamics of everyone in the story. It was overwhelming and frustrating at times.

* * i thought there was a missed opportunity regarding the bully/abusive male in Shawn’s life. After the “event”, it was kind of glossed over.

* * Overall, I just felt like this one didn't have a clear focus and I struggled to finish.

**Overview:**
- Content Warning: questionable consent. To me, the guy was raped, but he didn’t fight so he viewed it as consent. It was a pretty quick scene.
- Do you need to read previous books in series?: Absolutely. All the characters and their respective relationships are vital to understanding the nuances in the story. You will be confused if you don’t read previous books. It’s been years since I read the previous book and I was a little confused because I forgot the interactions between the various characters.
- POV: Multiple POV’s

- Who is Hero #1? Shawn “Easy” Pischlar (age: late 20’s, I think). Dartmouth Cobra
* Who is he? “Covered in wicked ink, multiple piercings in his ears and nipples, all badass and I-don’t-give-a-fuck attitude seeping from his very pores.”
* H #1 likable? Yes.

- Who is Hero #2? Ian White (age: 27). Dartmouth Cobra
* Who is he? “He’d tried to remind himself he was straight, so this thing between him and Pisch couldn’t happen. The confused emotions were new.”
* H #2 likable? Yes.

- Who is the Heroine? Justina (age: 19). Dartmouth Ice Girl
* Who is she? ”She had spunk and an easygoing attitude. She came off as shy at first, but once she gained her bearings, she was fun and sweet, and her inquisitiveness was damn sexy”
* h likable? Yes

- h virgin? Yes
- steamy? Yes. there’s a ton of sex with a lot of different people. This book is no different than the others, lots of steam
- OW/OM drama? Yes.
- Did I skip pages? Yes.
- Big secrets? No
- Did I cry? No
- Did I laugh? No
- Did I swoon🥰? No
- Recommend? if you’ve recently read the other books in the series, you would probably enjoy it. If it’s been awhile since you’ve visited the Dartmouth Cobra group, maybe not so much.

Another excellent and entertaining book to keep you up nights, your imagination will run wild with the Cobra boys.
Pishlar is a character I’ve adored since the start of the series, and the growing intensity of the relationship between him and White is off the scale.

One of the best of this series.

I adore this series and every character in it. I've been waiting for what feels like forever for this one though. Shawn "Easy" Pischlar is so damn easy to love.

What amazes me about Bianca Sommerland is that she never drops the ball. All the characters we've previosluy been introduced to show up in the following books, one way or the other, and I love that. I love that I still get to know what happens in their lives and see how they develop. And she does it so well, side stories woven in. How they don't always grow up just beacuse they have found people worth loving and keeping. They are all still very much human.

It's an addiction. I can't wait for the next one and my heart aches because it will be at least a year.. A YEAR. I don't know if I can take it. Of course I can.. I have to. Seriously, these books are incredible. You will probably hate me for recommending them to you when you're where I am at right know. Waiting.. A years worth of waiting.

5 Star Review Line Brawl (The Dartmouth Cobras # 8) by Bianca Sommerland

Line Brawl is book 8 in Bianca Sommerland’s Dartmouth Cobra series and is one of my all-time favourites. If you like sexy hockey players, BDSM, smoking hot sex and characters that will melt your heart and your panties, then look no further.

Although a stand-alone novel, I highly recommend you start at the beginning and read them in order. Many of the characters appear in each book and their stories evolve throughout the series and this book is no exception.

Have you ever anticipated a book so much that you were afraid to start reading it? That’s what happened to me with Line Brawl, I knew if I started I wouldn’t stop and then where would I be?

When Ms. Sommerland advised whose story was up next in the series, I just knew that this was going to be an awesome read. I wasn’t disappointed!!!

Shawn "Easy" Pischlar is a man who has earned his nickname, up for anything except emotional attachments or relationships. Ian White is his best friend and fellow team member. They have a complicated relationship. When you add Justina into the mix, they push Easy to his limits, to the point that he wants to throw out all the rules to have them both.

There were instances where I couldn’t believe what I was reading. I laughed, I smiled, I was concerned, I was scared and above all I cried. All in all this booked evoked so many different emotions in me that I wasn’t sure whether I was up or down; it was like riding a rollercoaster without a seat belt.

As always it was great to catch up with some of my other favourites from the series and I am anxiously awaiting the next instalment to the series. To me reading a Dartmouth Cobra book is like catching up with loved ones, coming home.

I have always loved the layers that Bianca Sommerland ensures her characters have, but I think Line Brawl has taken it to an even deeper level. This is a brilliantly well written book and one that I loved from start to finish.

I don’t think I could recommend this book or series more highly. Bianca Sommerland, congratulations you have a winner on your hands.

This was a solid 5 star book for me.

I'm in love with Bianca Sommerland's Cobras and this is without a doubt the author's best book to date as far as writing goes..

Pischlar, White and Justina were fantastic. To see White come to terms with his personality was an inspiration... Justina being able to find herself without a trace of self doubt is a journey every girl should experience... To accept one self is one of the the hardest thing for any girl to do but having a Shawn "Easy" Pischlar would making it easier (pun intended) cause that man is extraordinary... He has some trauma in his life so he lives his life based on "the speech" but when push comes to shove, he doesn't need be be afraid to be kept or loved... Justina being who she is, and accepting of him is what he needed the most...

One of the best things about the Cobras are without a doubt the trouble triplets. Not only are they comic relief but to see their interactions with the other players and see them grow up is fantastic. This book should get 3 extra stars just for Luke Carter, Tyler Vanek and Scott Demayan!

Line brawl was different in the set up than most of the other cobra stories we readers have come to love... There's insights and progress in the rest of the relationships but they don't take up as much as "usual" in this +400 pages long book... But it worked ❤️

*** I received a copy for an honest review***

Ive been waiting for this book forever! Pischlar has been my favourite since he was introduced into the series, so i have been waiting for his book. What a book it is.

Omg i had so many feeling while reading this book, happiness, rage, sadness, rage, hate, then back to happiness again.

I love Shawn he is literally my favourite Cobra, i knew he has a issues with his past i could just feel it in his " don't try to keep me speech" i really enjoyed that we got to flashback into his past.

Ian White made my heart melt sometimes then i wanted to punch him in the next breath, mainly i wanted to give him a big shake.

Don't even get me started on Sam, all the rage from above was directed at her. i actually hated her all through the book.

Justina became like my hero throughout this book, she was strong, sweet and didn't take any crap and i have nothing but love for her, she has spirt and i think if she was docile she wouldn't have fit into Peischlar's life like she did.

I honestly can't explain how happy this book made me, i know that there was a lot of angst and drama but i enjoyed ever second because i knew that these boys wouldn't let me down and guess what? they didn't ;)

Gah! Another great book by Bianca Sommerland! Pisch is another great character and I really loved White. They were both such relatable characters and the situations were really rather heartbreaking too. Sam? She just pissed me off like crazy. I don't always feel hatred for characters but she is really riding that line for me.

The sex and the characters are always hot but truthfully it is the characters and the situations that really keep me coming back.

Granted this is not a book or a series for people who aren't into this sort of genre...but it's so good that I even try to get some of my friends who aren't into it...to read them! The Cobras and the Assassins are my two favourite fictional hockey teams...they are among the books that I will always buy without even knowing anything about them.

I love how Bianca doesn't shy away from tough subjects...she's great at it!

Thanks for another great ride!

We have come to the eight book in the Dartmouth Cobras series, and this is one I always look forward to because of each book shows a kinky relationship with quite a bit of emotional depth. Even though I need to suspend belief that EVERY member of this hockey team is kinky and bisexual (what are the odds!!!).

I know the blurb doesn't really say much about who Pischlar ends up with and I kind of want to write this review without giving away any spoilers that the author might not want out there. But I will say this. The m/m relationship that is formed and explored from the very beginning of this book was THE BEST! I loved that push and pull the one character had with coming to terms with what he wanted, how the tables were turned on "Easy" and he had to work to keep his man once he realized there was no denying his feelings and desires. Their chemistry was sizzling and their connection was true.

With every book in this series we come to care more for this whole group of characters. The way Ms. Sommerland connects past characters in the storyline has always been a favorite aspect of mine because it builds that love for the whole group instead of just focusing on the one we are featuring in the current book. LINE BRAWL is no different in that respect, and I loved every bit we get to see of other/past characters. The good and the bad. The way they deal with real things, in real ways. The ways their love and relationships change and evolve. And she does this in a way that makes perfect sense in between the new romance that is developing. That is my absolute favorite thing about this series.

There is one thing that kept annoying me, and quite frankly that is just me not liking a character. But it was a big part of this book and probably why I couldn't rate this higher because this dislike for her tainted my enjoyment at times. For the sake of not giving spoilers since I'm not sure what's common knowledge or not, let's just say I wanted everyone to stop coddling this one girl and leave her on the street to fend for herself. She just took advantage every where she went and everyone kept thinking she deserved another shot. NO SHE DIDN'T! Ughhhhh it made me so mad, I can't even think about it now. And I'm scared that in the future she may be part of a book and an HEA. I may not be able to cope with that.

LINE BRAWL is hot and emotional. It was fun to visit with the old boys and even more fun to fall in love with Pischlar.

4 'Easy' Stars

I don't even know where to start. There was a lot to love about this book. Ian and Shawn were great, frustrating at times but I still loved them both. The story flowed really well, the problems and conflicts that arose were believable and not over done as sometimes they can tend to be. The stories of the previous couples from the series were highlighted well without overpowering the main couple of the book.

So why 4 stars and not 5? Well, a few reasons. The timeline of the story seemed really fast paced which isn't a problem except it made me feel like there was instalove for a couple of people which was not at all in line with their characters. Then of course there is Sam Carter. I tried really hard to empathize with her in the beginning, post partum hormones are a bitch! But as the book progressed her behavior did not change. She came across as a bratty, selfish, manipulative, self pitying person. A lot of "I have nothing to offer! I want this and I will do whatever I want to get it no matter who I step on in the process! Poor me, I'm worthless!" Just prepare yourself to want to throw your kindle when she's around!

And while this was annoying, it did not take me out of the story. I was invested in Shawn and Ian. I enjoyed seeing what was going on in the lives of our previous Heroes and Heroines. I loved the deeper looks we get into our main characters. I feel like we "knew" these characters a bit more than the previous ones. We learn what makes them behave the way they do. What holds them back. What causes their fears and insecurities. We learn THEM. It brought a new depth to the story that I feel was lacking in the previous book.

I'm excited for the future of our Cobras and their partners. I can see a few more books to be written and I'm anxiously waiting for more.

Bianca Sommerland doesn’t skimp this book will take you through an entire gamut of emotions. This is not a book for those easily offended. I loved Shawn ‘Easy’ Pischlar the guy nobody could pin down. Mr “One Night Only” until of course he fell for his best friend Ian “Bruiser” White. Of course there are issues there and then he meets and is smitten by the pure but not so innocent Justina. Karma is a bitch and Shawn is about to get a dose. There is Carters little sister Sam the girl you love to hate, an assault from an old heartbreak, and lots of team goings on. This book will take you on one hell of an emotional rollercoaster ride and then there is the hot sex. Break out the tissues and a cold drink and enjoy.

I have been looking forward to this book since forever. I got to love Pischar easy going attitude and I knew that there had to be so many layers to him. Bianca showed us all those layers in Line Brawl. I smiled, laughed, cried, got mad while reading this book. I love how Bianca can put multiple story lines and make them flow seamlessly while giving us Pischlar's story. I don't want to give any spoiler on who Shawn "Easy" Pischlar really is and who's right for him but I can tell you that, you won't regret getting this book. It sure rocks!

Leigh's review posted at Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews

I am beyond disappointed that this book had to end! I was enjoying myself so much and had fallen so deep into the world of Doms and kinky hockey players that when I was finished it took me a minute to look around and realize that this universe only existed in someone’s imagination.

With the Cobra’s, Bianca Sommerland has created a world that is so detailed and so real that I honestly feel like I know and love these people. I feel oddly invested in their lives and care about them and their relationships and how they have progressed over the years. From marriages to having children to recalling who is in a relationship with who and which role they play with which person, I feel as if I have been through so much with these people and it actually depresses me to recall that they’re not real!

I have loved some of the past books in this series, but I can say that without a doubt, Pischlar’s book has been my favorite. And even though I love all the boys, sadly, I need to tell Pearce, Sloan, Max and Ramos to move over a bit…Pisch has moved up to my number 1 status. To see the guy that always likes to take things “Easy” realize he’s in love, and to have the tables turned on him where he needs to work to keep someone, I just adored it. And Shawn Pischlar and his blatant open and honest views on sex is a pretty easy guy to like.

Add in the fact that we get to follow up on the rest of the guys on the team as well, and you have a book that you won’t be able to put down.

I will admit that I was nervous at first. Seeing the “teasers” which the author would release as she was writing, there seemed to be a lot going on. Every snippet seemed to involve a different couple, and combine this with the author’s warning that the book was really long, …well, quite honestly, I was scared. I was afraid that the book was going to be a hot mess trying to cram so much into one story. But happily, I couldn’t have been more wrong. While Pisch’s relationship with his teammate, Ian White, was the focus of the story, we still followed along with the lives of all the other players. We watched several relationships expand, several evolve, and some realize they were perfect just the way they were.

I loved every second I spent cheering on these boys, and look forward to when I can see them again. Bianca Sommerland has outdone herself in creating characters that are truly lovable, relationships that are enviable, and a story that I wished didn’t have to end.

◇◇◇ I received an ARC for an honest review ◇◇◇

I love this series! I have called it "my hockey books" since I found "Game Misconduct" by fluke. After that, I read all of the books in the series and wait for new ones with bated breath. Pisch's story has been one that I was waiting for more anxiously than any of my players. (Yes, the only professional sports team I love is fictional, deal! )

Bianca did not disappoint! This book has got to be one of my favorites, not just of the series, but of all of the books I have read ever. Not only are the sexy parts hawt, but she was able to bring so much emotion and reality to the characters and situations, I found myself fuming or in tears many times. This story is more that just fwap fodder, it gives feels.

The next bit is going to point out some story bits that spoke to me and could be seen as spoilers. Please stop here if you don't like spoilers. I will try and be vague while still sharing a few things that B blew my mind with.

Not only is the BDSM on point, but the back stories for characters explain so much about why people are who they are and how their pasts affect their present.

I always suspected that "Easy" avoided commitment because of being hurt. But that hurt coming as both heart break and physical hurt was hard to read. Having been in an abusive relationship in high school and distancing myself from "real relationships" after that, I could identify with Pisch. I am not sure I would be able to be so good in the face of my abuser as he was...

Ian just makes me happy. He is a genuinely nice guy. It was hard to "watch" him be used. It was even harder "watching" Pisch "watch" his man be used.

I think I have a new girl crush, Justina! Not sure if it was the innocence or insolence that I fell for first. The virgin or the brat that had my domme heart beating faster.

I loved this book, as you can tell by the glowing praise that is darn near as long as the book! I can't wait to see where the team goes, but this puck bunny is along for the ride!

Line Brawl is the 8th book in Bianca Sommerland's Dartmouth Cobras series which surrounds a NHL team which players lean towards a kinker side. BDSM is a common thread throughout these novels though this one didn't play into it as much as other books before it. I highly recommend reading these novels in order to better enjoy the storyline as each novel does overlap characters. Line Brawl is the story of teammates Shawn ‘Easy’ Pischlar and Ian White best friends who crossed a line and not sure which side they're on anymore.

Shawn has always said no attachments. Keep things light and fun but when things get turned upside down with Ian, Shawn starts to doubt his long standing motto. Ian has never identified as gay so feeling sexual attraction to his teammate and best friend is a whole new game for him. Torn between his mind and his heart Ian is torn between loving his best friend and doing what is society's norm. Justina has heard the warnings from everyone, stay away from Shawn he will hurt you, but like a moth to a flame she can't and when she flips his rules around on him. Oh boy do the tables turn.

Bianca stuns me with each book. Bottom line love is love. Her knowledge of the BDSM lifestyle and ability to write the emotional side to poly relationships is outstanding. You would think that by book number 8 you, the reader, might be tiring of triads and Dom hockey players but that is far from the truth. I can't wait to see who the next novel will feature.

Have I mentioned lately how much I am loving this series more and more with each book? Seriously, these characters come alive for me and I love them more each time I 'run into' them again

But before I wax poetic on anything, let us deal with someone who is possibly the most front and centre person but is not one of our main characters in this story, Sam. I loved Sam, and out of everyone in the book, she was the most real. She is confused, feels misunderstood, and lacks any self-confidence and has had some bad things happen to her. She has steadily chipped away at her support network, and is instantly suspicious of anyone who is nice to her. This leaves one very wary young lady, but it is clear her heart is pure, and for that, I was rooting for her all along!

Now, I loved Ian, he is just such a sweetie. And Justina, eh, I liked her but she seemed to change gears too quickly, so it seemed less than genuine somewhat in some places. Shawn breaks my heart, from his "easy" way, to his confusion and realizations too late on what he wants, needs and desires. Luckily, everybody likes him, so even when he doesn't expect it, his support network holds him until he can get on his feet again

Now, our previous and upcoming characters, well, there are babies and marriages and advancements in dynamics in relationships, and it was all wonderful!! I don't know whose next, but I know I will be there to follow along

I've read every single Dartmouth Cobra book, devoured them in days, I thought there is no way she can keep me that interested past book 5, I was so wrong. Bianca doesn't just write super sexy sex scenes(and believe me there are super sexy), but she delves into these characters hearts and souls, brings out their weaknesses as well as their strengths. She shows you how complicated a poly relationship can be, but how if everyone is willing to work towards the ultimate goal then its worth every drop of blood, sweat, and tears.
This book gave me reasons to cry, reasons to want to throw my kindle, and reasons to love these characters even more than I did before. I was in a reading rut, I went from someone who was reading 3-6 books a week to nothing for over a month. When I got this book I thought here is another book I've been wanting, but won't be able to get into. Again I was so very wrong, Bianca had me hooked in that first chapter and I never looked back till the end. She broke my rut, brought me back from the edge of boredom with a bang.
This book isn't just about Poly relationships, it isn't just about Hockey, it isn't just about BDSM, it's about love in all forms being accepted and enjoyed. It's about finding that person or people who bring out the best in you, and that you bring out the best in them. I can't wait for book 9, 10, 11, etc etc etc.

Just when you thought her LAST book was perfection, Bianca Sommerland finds a way to blow us all away. The much awaited story of Shawn "Easy" Pischlar does not disappoint. "He could look anything look strong and sex. Even owning a little dog named after a flower."

Pisch's relationship with White is finally under the microscope. Can it withstand all the drama?

I love the way that the reader is kept in the loop of how All of our favourite Cobra families are ... developing :)

From Pisch, White, Justina, Sam, Sloan, Max, Oriana, Silver, Landon, Dean, Jami, Luke, Seb, my Tyler, Raif, Laura, Chicklet, Cort, Ford, Akira, Cam, Shara, Mason, Heath, Hunt, Richards, Demyan, Pearce, Becky and all the kids....They're all in there.

My emotions were all over the place, crying from happiness...frustration...fear...anger..then happiness again.

And although abuse is touched on in this book, it is done tactfully and not overwhelmingly (a word?).

I was kept on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. A must Read from an AMAZING story teller!!

Was given an ARC copy for an honest review.

Now we wait for book 9 :)

Line Brawl

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

I am a huge fan of the Dartmouth Cobras so am always excited when a new book is released. Please do read them in order, as the team relationships are as much a thread as the new relationships developing.

What Ms Sommerland does so effectively, is write a story where you cannot determine the outcome until the very end. Undoubtedly you have wishes and hopes, but nothing is ever as simple. And the point of realisation often turns on something minor - but crucial.

The dynamics of each scene are finely balanced and the erotic skills of these players are fully explored. At the same time, there is a subtlety that allows for imagination to run riot too. I would challenge anyone to remain unmoved.

The hockey is also a key element to the tale, and always exciting to read.

Only problem now is the wait for the next book - but I can always reread the feast of stories we have already.

I never think I'm going to like the next book in this series as much as the last. Every. Single. Time this author blows me away with her characters. I want to meet each an every one of them and give them a hug. Bianca's books induce so many emotions for me.

White is so so so confused. Pischlar isn't making it easy for him either. This is going to be explosive.... and it is. There are so many twists to this friendship that you might just have to go back and read it again for all it's good wonderfulness. (Is that a word? I claim it as one right now)

Pischlar has always been on the sidelines of the series, but we knew he was going to get his story. And it is nothing short of amazing. I got all fluttery when he "meets" Justina for the first time (of course, being an Ice Girl he knew of her... but you'll understand the "meet" when you read the story). He doesn't have time to give his speech...... he gets one instead. Oh the joy.

The whole gang is back in this book 8 of The Cobras. If you're a hockey fan. If you're an erotic fan. If you are a romance fan..... this is definitely a series to get into.

Yowzers! Freaking hot and LOVED every page! One minuet I was ready to slap both White and Pisch, then the next I wanted to cry, oh and the next minuet was just soooo hot. They are best friends who cross "that line" and must work out their relationship and what they want. They also want a woman. Will a woman come between them or will the right woman bring them even closer together? This book is over 400 pages of yummy and it hooked me from the very beginning. I was glad that I was able to sit and read without stopping because I would have had a really hard time having to put this book down.
We get updates on the characters from past books, so that makes this book even better. Due to that, I believe this book is better read in order with the series. You also get glimpses into Pisch's and White's personalities in the prior books. I do not want to give spoilers so I will leave off with FANTASTIC book.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest opinion.

This series is one of my all-time favorites, and this book lives up to the series' reputation. It is so good that I had trouble putting it down.
The author has written a story that will have you going 'Ah...,''Aww...,''Hahaha...,''Oh my God...''Oh no!' In other words, she has you experiencing a whole range of emotions as you discover more about the players in the team. Every time I finish reading one of these books, I feel like I am leaving my friends until the next book comes out.
I love how even though the book is about one particular relationship, you hear about and see all the previous books' relationships still developing. You really get the feeling that the members of this hockey team are not only friends, but they also consider each other as family and enjoy spending time with each other outside of the game.
I know the author has only just finished this book, but I hope she gets started on the next one in the series fairly soon. I miss my Cobras already!

After much anticipation the story of Shawn Pischlar has finally been written. It was definitely worth the wait!

This is the story of friendship turning into love while exploring BDSM. It also features great hockey. So if you are a fan of the game, it is worth the read.

The characters are very well written. You almost feel like they are real. While this book is mainly focused on Pisch and White, we get to check in on characters from previous books and find out what is going on with them.

**NOTE** while many of the other books in the Darmouth Cobras series can be read without reading the previous books, you will want to read the previous books before reading Line Brawl. There are references to events in other books that you may not understand without reading the others. Plus the other books are great too!

Pisch and Whites story was not what I expected, it was so much better! I'm going to be honest, I'm torn over Justina, the third in their relationship. I liked her, and I know she'll be good for them, but I wish she had ended up as just another good friend, like Sahara.

I loved the continuation of other characters' storylines, but I really hated Carter's sister. The only good thing she did in the book was giving up her baby to Max/Oriana/Sloan. My only other complaint is that we got a hint of a change between Ford and his man's relationship, but it didn't get any page time.

I can't wait for the next book, though I have a feeling Sam will be one of the MCs.

The drama the tension was just unreal there were many times I was actually fussing at the story when it was going the way I wanted. I loved the journey to the end it was just amazing. I'm already wanting to go back and read it ago so I can savor these amazing characters. So glad I got a chance to read it early so on release day I can go back and revisit it again <3

This book had me so invested in Ian and Shawn. I loved that they found each other and Justina and still have the freedom to play. I'm glad that Silver, Landon and Dean finally got married and Ford sang the perfect song at the reception. I love all of the Cobra series and hope that therw are many more books to come. Bianca is a marvel with a fatastically twisted imagination. She makes me want to sit and really try to write some of the things running around my head. can't wait for any new books from Bianca Sommerland

Please make sure you read these in order!
I loved this series and was thoroughly shocked/surprised in a good way how this book ended!!

Shawn "Easy" Pischlar has always been "easy" up for anything and never letting anyone get too close...especially by giving them the speech "You can't keep me!" :l
Things have always been different and unique between Ian White and Shawn Pischlar but things go side ways, backwards and topsy-turvy when new and different things start happening for the both of them.

PLEASE read this! I have some much I want to say but I don't want to give anything away!!

So much love for this book!!! I absolutely adore this series!!!

This is Easy's (Shawn Pischlar) story. And White's. And so much more!!!! I don't even know where to go with this review. There is so much I want to say but I can't say too much for fear of giving spoilers. Suffice it to say, for everyone who has been wait for Pischlar to get all that he deserves, this is the book you absolutely MUST read!!!! Thank you, Bianca Sommerland, for giving us what might be the very best book in the series!!!!
