The two must find a way back to each other across the two warring kingdoms, while Alex tries desperately to help them, from eleven centuries into the future….

November 4, 2020Mind blown! Wow, what an adventure!
What an exciting story! I was immersed back in time and completely swept along, wondering how it was all going to play out. It delights me that five books into the series I am still surprised by plot twists that challenge the rules of time travel, as we know them thus far in the series, because the characters' knowledge and experiences have expanded their understanding.
I admire the devotion between the characters of the trio and their family of friends too. Even in trying situations the intensity of the chemistry between lovers is red hot and everlasting, which is just as well, considering the longevity of vampires!
Elaborate settings are described in a succinct and readable style. The detail of geography and history is rich and complex, providing an interesting background to the unfolding experiences of our time travellers. After a slightly confusing start (I like to google where in the world the story is set) I would suggest to hold off doing this as ALL is revealed in the course of the story.
As each book in the series continues to surprise and enrapture me, I am addicted! I highly recommend this series and especially reading them all and in order.

A fascinating time-travel vampire ménage story!
A coded message arrives requesting Rafe and Sydney go to the time of the document holding the message while leaving Alex behind. Rafe and Sydney do not arrive together, and Sydney has not lived in these times so has some trouble adjusting. Sydney has been trained in fighting and horseback riding in preparation for what she will find in this early time. Meanwhile, Alex finds a second message with instructions for him to travel to join the others – leaving Brody, Veris and Taylor to handle things on the home front. Where suddenly the Council sends them a dangerous message.
The time stream appears to be changing – Alex believes that is their purpose, but Rafe does not want him to mess with something this powerful, and which he does not understand. A captivating journey back into a time where life was simple yet harsh, war a given, and everyday items such as food and clothing a challenge. Where a wound would most likely kill you, passions still flare, and whoever holds the most power makes the rules.

Fab read as the series continues, they time travel, they fight, they fall in out of things as time goes by really holds my attention the whole time. Tracy really knows how to write a book tell a wonderful story at the same time carry on a series to the fullest.

This is the 5th book in the Kiss Across Time Series. This is a fast paced read with plenty of drama as the characters travel back in time. The book held my interest throughout, the characters are amazing and the sex is steamy. I loved it!
