I've read these three stories and wrote reviews individually. I just cannot not read the bonus scenes. It's so nice to read more of these couples and how they interact with their husbands/wives and children. Also how much they still love each other and the possessiveness is always there with every couple. It's so good! The bonus scenes are the extended epilogues. It's like Fiona Davenport heard me wanting more. Lol. I loved it! I hope she writes more books.

Fast and dirty

A hot sexy billionaire who knows the instant he spots Maddie. He’s played his cards well and really given her no option other then turning to him.

Maddie though is not going to make it easy for Caleb it’s super sexy with off the charts sexy times.

Brysen ex football star is at a loss his best friend is now married with a cute baby and it’s starting to give him ideas.

Best Fiona Davenport stories to date! I love Fiona, but sometimes they overlook details and/or the editing is truly lacking. This collection totally got the details in order, the editing wasn’t too bad and the plots, characters and vengeance (in2) were excellent! Spot on! I loved that one over the top hero was actually too over the top, yet the heroine wasn’t okay with it and put her foot down. This was a thoroughly enjoyable read and I may even read it again ( something I rarely do)!💖💖💖💖💖💖

Even if Caleb was homeless instead of a Billionaire business man he would be the sexiest guy ever as long as he loved Madeline the same way. This book moves fast is super sexy and has a great love story. Even though the heroine fights at 1st she is not as dumb as most of these women are when faced with true love & perfection like Caleb. The duo that make up Fiona Davenport give us the Risque Contract boxset with added bonus scenes. These two give us steamy novellas with those insta-love ultra alphas that I just can't get enough of. This duo write excellent novellas where you get the steamy, the dirty, but you also get well fleshed out characters. There is depth to them all, not surface, you get those deeper moments that some novellas are missing, but these two never fail to give the reader everything that they need.

Good series

I've recently discovered FD thanks to the Hollywood series cowritten by Alexa Riley. I loved the stories and was excited to find a new author to binge. I didn't love this series as much as others I have read, but I think the problem might be that this work is from earlier in their career. I still recommend it, I just didn't love it as much as I hoped I would

Great Series!

A fun, steamy, series, with light BDSM. A three stories are interrelated with characters form the previous books making appearances.

Playboy millionaire Caleb Sterling has wanted Madeline Connelly since he first saw her at a charity event months ago. He has taken over her father's publishing house and making her his apprentice so he can spend all his time with her. Madeline has had the hots for Caleb since seeing him at a charity event months ago. He has a playboy, love and leave reputation, not to mention she is not tall, blond and look like a super model. So when she is called to a meeting by Caleb, she is shocked by his blatant perusal of her, not to mention the penalty clause in her new contract, a night of total submission. A fun fast paced and steamy love story. Loved Madeline and Caleb!

Brysen Mariano, former NFL star is at lose ends, a career ending injury has him a loose ends. His best friend Madeline Sterling, tells him it's time for him to settle down. Must Read Series!!!!

Ms. Davenport is a new to me author and I am so happy I found her! These novellas were fabulous! They are one more steamier than the other and I loved each of them so very much!!! The following are my reviews as I read each story.

Penalty Clause -- Wow!!!! Holy Hot Alpha Billionaire!!!

This is my first book by Fiona Davenport and it certainly won’t be my last! Why didn’t anyone tell me about her sooner?! Damn my fellow book bitches for holding out on me……

Caleb Sterling, sweet baby jesus!!! Talk about an over the top, possessive, borderline crazy ass! He has his sites set on Madeleine Connelly and damn if she stands a chance against his wicked ways!!!! She tries to fight it, but not really,…. I mean how can she when he just oozes sexy beast lol….

This was a great super steamy short read and I loved every minute of it! It is pretty safe to assume that Ms. Davenport has a new stalker!!!!

Contingency Plan -- I think I might have to start watching Football!!!!

Looking for a hot and steamy quick read? Then this is the book for you!!! This book has just the right amount of story and is packed with insta-love and an over the top sexy pro football player that is NOT going to take no for an answer!!! It’s a good thing Elisa is on board and feels the same way, because she doesn’t stand a chance against Brysen’s charm!

I absolutely loved these two together and I couldn’t put this down once I started.

I am quickly becoming a huge fan of Ms. Davenport’s and can’t wait to dive into Charlotte’s story!

Fraternization Rule -- Holy Hott for the Teacher!!!!

What another great read by Fiona Davenport!! Charlotte Young has a crush on her very sexy professor, Gabe Alrdic and the poor girl thinks he doesn’t having any feelings for her. Watch out, have a fire extinguisher or glass of water nearby, because when he informs her he more than feels the same way it might just spontaneously combust lol…

I loved this novella as much as the others in this series. It was an awesome story of insta love with a little taboo thrown in and it was just what I needed this week. If you are looking for hot short read, this is most definitely the book for you!

Penalty Clause: This is a quick and steamy read about a man named Caleb who met his mate named Maddie. He is strong in his pursuit in Maddie and quite alpha like. Maddie doesn’t bow down but she is caught in his spell and in the “trap” that he set. Lots of hot and heavy sexual tension and passion. Love the pace and the lustfulness of the characters. There is a hint of BDSM and lots of love . This is a must read-the epilogue is fantastic .

Contingency Plan: In this book, this is book 2 of the series, we meet Brysen-he is friends of Madeleine & her husband Caleb. He finds his real estate agent, Elisa downright sexy and hot. She is coming off of a bad relationship. She met Brysen while showing him homes and the sexual chemistry is soo hot. Elisa has to attend a work retreat and needs a date –Brysen devised a plan to go along on her work retreat and he is able to work her into his plans. The sex is hot and their words are sweet and true. I loved how Brysen made a game plan and made it happen. This is a faced paced read with some hot love scenes. Loved the ending and epilogue.

Fraternization Rule: Oh I loved this professor and student read. Gabe has wanted Charlotte since he first laid eyes on her but he has been very cold to her to purposely keep her off track. Now that end of semester is coming up , Gabe is making his move. Charlotte has been in love with Gabe since she first saw him but his actions have hurt her- things changed when one day Gabe called her into his office and made his move. Now they are hot and heavy-only thing is the college has a thing about their teachers and students fraternizing together. The way Gabe fixes it so they can be together is awesome. Their sex is soo hot and the way he proves his love and vice versa. Charlotte is Elisa’s sister. This is also another fast paced read—the epilogue is wonderful and so worth a read.

This box set contains three books. I loved the first two and the third one was just okay. I’ll give my individual reviews below, but I do love how this author can work so quickly at getting the heroines to fall in love with the alpha males. I love the quick relationships and hot, steamy scenes. It’s fun to have a quick read and be able to put it down knowing you read the entire thing.

I enjoyed the unique story line and the little bit of BDSM that we got to see in this book. It was HOT! The story was good and the characters were a lot like the others I’ve met from her - instant chemistry and babies! What’s better than that?

Brysen and Elissa were just too cute. They are both somewhat naive and hesitant, but then again, Brysen knows he wants Elissa and he uses her job (as a real estate agent) to his advantage keeping her around for work when really all he wants is her in his bed, in his life and as his wife! Brysen’s declarations of love and support were totally swoon-worthy and for me this sweet story stole the book! I love how he fell quick and she just couldn’t believe it -- and their weekend trip together was PERFECT!!

This book bordered on too erotic for me. I know a lot of people probably think that’s crazy, but sometimes I need a little story with the sex. It seemed the whole story centered around their bedroom activies whether than a story about love and hope. Gabe and Charlotte just seemed to jump in bed with no reservations because they’d been around each other an entire semester...I found it hard to believe. I still enjoyed this one, just not nearly as much as the others.

Brysen can't explain the connection but he knows he wants Elisa forever. He will do anything to have her including putting her douche of an ex in his place.
Fraternization Rule
Charlotte is trying to finish her bachelor's degree. She never planned to fall for her hot professor but because of the non-fraternization rule at her school they can't be together.
Gabe has been mesmerized by the beautiful blonde with the too-short skirts that sits in the front row of his class. He's biding his time until he can make her his.
These novellas are quick reads. If you like insta-love, then these are for you. I liked the flow of the stories and how they are loosely intertwined. I've never read anything by this author before but will be looking for more from her. The heroes are all Alpha males. They are very overprotective of their women and smart enough to realize a good thing when they have it. The heroines are very steadfast and need a little convincing to realize the men before them are the ones they're destined to be with.

This is the first book I have read by this author, and boy, was it hot. Actually, really hot and really steamy. I loved it and will be checking into her other works.
When Caleb Sterling first sees Madeleine Connelly, he knows she is the woman he is going to have forever in his life as his wife and the mother of his children. He then sets about making it happen.


Contingency Plan (Risqué Contracts 2)
This story follows Madeleine’s best friend, ex-footballer Brysen Mariano. Brysen has retired after a shoulder injury and has decided to find a house and settle down. Now to find the woman to settle down with.
Enter Elisa Young. His real estate agent.
Short, hot, steamy read.


Fraternization Rule (Risqué Contracts 3)

This is Charlotte and Gabe’s story. Gabe is Charlotte’s professor, but since their school has a no fraternization policy, they are not allowed to act on their feelings. That is until Charlotte is no longer a student. Look out when that happens because things heat up mighty quick and hot.
Short and hot read.

I loved the bonus scenes at the end of each of these stories.

Penalty Clause: Madeleine is running her deceased father's failing publishing company when Caleb bails her out. I didn't like Caleb in the beginning of the story but by the end (and those awesome epilogues!!) I loved it. (4 Stars)

Contingency Plan: Brysen is a retired football player looking for a house and Elisa is his realtor. I LOVED this novella. Brysen and Elisa is awesome. This novella is by far my favorite story by this author. (5 Stars)

Fraternization Rule: Charlotte is a college student and Gabe is her professor. This was least favorite of the series. I thought Gabe was selfish and never really turned that around. (3 Stars)

The Risque Contracts Series consists of 3 novellas that are quick, dirty reads and a whole lot of fun. Lots of insta-love, alpha males and smutty goodness! Each story has characters that are inter-connected so as you read the second and third stories, you see the characters from the other books showing up which is something I really enjoyed. It made the collection very cohesive and a whole lot more fun! The stories move very quickly and make for a very easy read.
