1. Awards- None
2. Appropriate grade levels- Preschool- Kindergarten
3. Original summary- The classic nursery rhyme continues in the book "This Little Piggy". As one pig goes to the market to get his roast-beef sandwich, the other little piggy is forced to stay home with nothing to eat.
4. Original review- I loved the illustrations throughout the book, they were filled with color. The book would be great at keeping young children's attention. I was surprised to learn that there was only two pigs, because I also did it by each finger or toe.
5. Creating a "sandwich", sequence of items from what happened first to last in the book, or a sing/ read along.

In the illustrations, there are actually two little pigs in this story, and the author compares them. The pig that goes to market gets to eat a roast beef sandwich and then ride down the hill in a wagon. The pig that stays home opens the fridge to see that there's nothing in it.
