Read with my Turkish host family's children. An interesting choice for an English book to use American history tropes like a Wild West wagon trail and Native Americans.
1. Oxford Reading Tree Stage 9 2. 20 minutes 3. camping, survive, umbrella, wild, adventure, cooperation, magic 4. a) Children's took a tent in the garden like camping. Suddenly, they warp into a survival adventure. There are a lost girl who got separated from her family and a little fox in the wood. They survive toghether in the wood and look for her family. b) My favorite scene is a little fox did some great jobs. He caught a fish without any tools and made a fire with branches. He is very cool! I remember that I tried to make a fire when I was a child. I could not! I think he is a very important person for their survival. 5. This book is easy to read and understand for me, because this book has a few words that I don't know, so if I find some word that I don't know, I can expect the meaning of the word. I could enjoy reading! This book made me do adventure!
Other book THE DOUBLE BASS MYSTERY 65minutes (I could not finish last week)
