Great ideas

In a straight forward way, Adam provides a framework for taking your life to the next level. But in the end, it's action on your part that leads to results!

Good tips

It had some useful information and a good overview of the Kanban method.

I wasn't a fan of the tone of the book. Very salesman like and crude at times.

I get what this book was trying to achieve and what they were trying to tell the reader. It was fun because the author writes in a “cut the shit” meanspo way but it wasn’t for me.

Really good book. I managed to read this through in just over a day as I have already done quite a bit of work around goal-setting so completing the exercises didn't take that long.

I thoroughly recommend for helping to focus your mind on your purpose and goals as this is more of a workbook than just a book that lets you figure it out on your own
