Lynn Hagen loves writing about the somewhat flawed, but lovable. She also loves a hero who can see past all the rough edges to find the shining diamond of a beautiful heart.
You can find her on any given day curled up with her laptop and a cup of hot java, letting the next set of characters tell their story.
I like Oscar since Brac Pack and it's great to see he has a mate like Hale but Oscar never said Hale's given name, Albert. I found that odd, since they are mates and I expect them to be on first-name basis.
Gracias por el maravilloso libro.

Nice to see Oscar all grown up. And the car luck is kinda funny. Plus FINALLY learn Hale's first name.
Of course, this is following the previously established pattern of having the applicable 'extended' family showing up with the Lakeland bear twins. However, this particular one, while they show up its more like they are along for the ride not usurping it.
The kidnapping, unfortunately, failed to have that wow factor quite quickly, seeing as it 'took care of itself' before the cavalry arrived to save the day, making it unforgettable for me.
Getting sick of the kidnapped mate plot. Has it been every one of the mates in this series? I think so. Well, Sam wasn't kidnapped, he was just lured away.
I LOVE Oscar though. I've always loved him, even as a kid. Still not a fan of Hale though. Kind of wanted a better mate for my Oscar. Hale was a straight up dick to him. The bears had every right to be upset.
Rating: 3 stars Another Lynn Hagen book where I really liked one of the MCs and disliked the other. I don’t know why Ms Hagen likes to write her alpha MCs as so obnoxious. The best part of the book was when Chauncy and Chance showed up.
