Not what I was after. More a general busy book rather than actual strategy for less screens.

It’s basically a collection of activities that parents can do with their children to get them away from gadgets. It also offers tips on how to control gadget time

I read this with my son, who was quite skeptical of the title. He liked a few of the ideas: Ice marbles, Geocaching, Family Bake-off.
