I want to drive her wild every single night until she's learned all the sinfully wicked things I need to teach her.
But someone is trying to tear us apart. Someone’s gunning for my company too. What they don’t know is that I’m the kind of man who protects what's his.
Holy hot book batman!!! I'm really loving this series. It has it all! Hot alpha man, sweet caring female, kick ass friends, and a mystery storyline that keeps you guessing as to wtf is going on?!? Book 2 picked up right where book one left off., thank god!!
Jake goes into super protective mode after the worlds worst timed phone call! I mean seriously!! He makes sure Eva, is taken care of and he does that by declaring she is staying with him till they learn more about who broke into Eva's home. Eva, equally upset about the break in can't fathom who would want to break in just to scare her. And even with the ending of this book you still have no freaking clue who it is!! Just like in book one you get snippets of another pov and all you know so far is he has been keeping a close eye on Eva... For a very very long time.
Enough about the dark scary element, can we talk about the hot, dirty naughty times now?? I mean wow!! Wow wow wow!! Jake is a man who knows how to work it in the bedroom, and the shower, and maybe even the work place. All I can say is I wish I was still a virgin cause having make as my sex Ed teacher would just be the bee's knees!! To say that I need book three after that nail biting ending would be a huge understatement!! I can't wait to get my greedy little paws on it! The sooner the better!!
I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to do a little extra credit with a sexy hot sex Ed teacher!!

I am loving this series so far. Take Me is book 2 in the Lessons in Seduction series and picks up right where Teach Me left off.
if you thought book 1 was hot... yeah think again things get even more heated in book 2 between Eva and Jack. Not only is it hot but it also has you sitting at the edge of your seat the last few pages (and for me) literally falling off my couch when it ended!!! I need book 3 pronto.
Take Me picks up where Teach Me left off on a bit of a cliff hanger. Seriously. I was literally about to climax and then THAT happened. Ugh. I was so frustrated! This author is good. Damn good. And I loved every minute of it!
I loved this story and everything about it. It is well written. It is sexy as hell. Oh. God. Yes. It is suspenseful. It is funny! And yes, I’ve still got it bad for Jack. God I love that man! He is a sex god! I would do bad things just to stay for detention. He could teach me how to behave. OR NOT. What I loved about part two in this series is that we get inside Jack’s head. We learn what he’s really like, and I freaking loved that. So, needless to say, I love him even more in this book!
Ok. I’m going to need to take a sexond or a hundred to talk about the sexy times. Oh my! They are HOT! Jack and Eva simply lit my kindle on fire! Not gonna lie! The build up to their scenes had me fanning my self. Their scenes were off the charts HOT! Whew.
Take Me definitely took me on a mind blowing journey! It had all of the things you want in a great story. Sophie Holloway’s writing is captivating and keeps you on the edge of your seat! Again. THAT ENDING! Gah! Once again, I’m dying to get my needy hands on Trust Me, book three in the Lessons In Seduction Series! I can’t wait to read the conclusion to Jack and Eva’s love adventure!
Take Me is book two of the Lessons in Seduction series. The fast paced story is heating up! Jack has set Eve on fire, she can't stop thinking of sex. Her "Post-first-coitus-itis. Penis hallucinations are classic symptoms." Jake finds himself in the same boat, Eve has taken over his mind, body and soul. Eve remains in danger, someone continues to lurk in the dark threatening Eve's safety. Jake begins to questions Eve's father and brother's over protectiveness. There are still plenty of secrets to be discovered and truths to be revealed. I'm enjoying the characters struggle with keeping their relationship formal. Jake has really made a name for himself as a player and Eve can't lose him as he's her only family. I can't wait for the final book in the series. The cliffy is big! 4 Stars.
For an honest review I was given this as an ARC. I definitely enjoyed this book as well as if not more than the first book. We get to see how Eva and Jack are having a huge effect on each other. Each trying to keep their feelings in check as teacher/student yet neither of them not able to stop thinking of the other. Then there is the whole mystery of who is after Eva and why he thinks she is just as bad as her brother and father. Crazy Lucy is another person to watch out for. Hopefully Eva is rescued soon and realizes Jack has always wanted her as much as she has always wanted and loved him. Can"t wait for the next book! I really like Ms Holloway's writing and look forward to more books from her.
Take Me is the second installment in the Lessons in Seduction series from Sophie Holloway. These have to be read in order as the story continues from one installment to the next. Take Me picks up right where we left off with Teach Me. Eva and Jack are doing lessons together to teach her how to please a man. But someone is watching Eva and is out to get her. Jack is determined to do whatever it takes to protect her, but can they figure out who is behind it all before something happens to her?
I had a few issues with Teach Me that kept me from really loving it, so I was hoping that this one would deliver a bit more and in some aspects it did. The chemistry and attraction between these two is undeniable, and I love how hot they are together. That is the one thing that I can say without a doubt that there is no problem with. I had felt in the first installment that their connection wasn't strong though, and for the majority of this part I felt the same way. I did see more of that start to develop towards the end of Take Me though, and I was glad to finally start to see them getting somewhere. As much as I want to love these two together, their relationship is taking a bit too long to really show any progress for my liking. I am not a huge fan of insta-love relationships, but I do need to see something happening in order to keep my interest. So it was nice to see them connecting on an emotional level a bit here instead of just in a physical way.
It was also nice to see Eva taking the threats a bit more seriously here rather than coming off as naive as she had in the first installment. It was obvious that there was definitely someone out to get her, and Jack was determined to protect her. I loved seeing that side of him come out as well, and I felt like that helped a lot to seeing that his feelings for her are beyond what he ever expected. His ex Lucy made a few appearances here, and I seriously want to hit her. She was absolutely awful, and I really hated how horrible she was to Eva. I wish that Eva had been able to ignore her and see exactly what she was doing because it led to Eva doing something really stupid at the end of the story here. It will be interesting to see what happens from here, and I am curious to find out who is behind everything happening with Eva. I am hoping for a strong finish in the third installment, Trust Me, with more depth and development to their relationship. Though their chemistry is every bit as strong as it was in Teach Me, I still find myself struggling to believe that it is much more than sex between them.
Take me definitely takes it up a notch in both the heat between Eva and Jack and the suspense. As this is a serial, it takes up directly where book 1 left readers hanging. This is NOT a standalone - book 1 does need to be read first.
I do have to say that I enjoyed this book more than book 1 in the series. This is mostly to do with the fact that I was prepared for a huge chunk of the story line to be the suspense and mystery around Eva. The other part of it is that we get a lot more the promised heat between Jack & Eva as they move their arrangement forwards by leaps and bounds.
Jack grew on me throughout this book. He went from a cocky, arrogant alpha-hole into more of a protector and lover type role. What endeared me the most was those moments of indecision where you could see him struggle with the developments between him and Eva. He had such a strong conviction of what he wanted in this sexual arrangement, that when it started to deviate he was not sure what to do.
What drew me in the most about Eva in this book is how she is able to maintain her air of innocence even though she becomes less inexperience. That she is able to find her groove, stand up for herself, ask for what she wants and still retain who she is at her core is awesome.
The secondary storyline around Eva's safety really drew me in in this installment. I became a lot more invested in wanting to know what was happening and what was going to happen next. Sophie uses her words brilliantly to build the suspense and make you wonder if a particular part of the book is related to what is going on.
The "lessons in seduction" really ignite the passion between Eva and Jack in Take Me. Their chemistry is a mix of off the charts, rip clothes off and sweet and tender. Eva's education moves forward in leaps and bounds in this book and with it, brings a side of mischievousness that she did not have before.
I really do like the writing style of Sophie Holloway. She has an easy mannerism that makes the words effortless to devour and kept me turning the pages to find out what happened next. This book is fast paced and packed with plenty going on but never was it overwhelming in detail. I can't wait to see what happens to Eva after that doozy of a cliffhanger at the end of this book.
Sophie Holloway writes a racy and yet sweet follow-up to her tantalizingly titillating first installment of the Lessons of Seduction serial. Somehow there is even more hard driving sex and screaming orgasms as well as threats to the Hero and Heroine on multiple fronts in "Take Me". The hero, Jack, is still in protector mode with a side order of Real Emotions Confusion over his deceased best friend's little sister. In addition to his need to protect the heroine, Eva, he knows someone is out to take-over the company he and Eva's father and brother built from the ground up. In this second installment Jack is the character making the major moves on the growth front. Going from major playboy to not only having "big brother-like" protective feelings but something more for the first time ever for a woman and it's for Eva alone. Eva is still stagnant - she's always had feelings for Jack they are just getting more intense and she's still insecure. The secondary characters consist of a shadowy mysterious bad guy, a psycho ex, a "bestie" with words of wisdom, and an astute private investigator. "Take Me" is the second installment in the Lessons of Seduction serial and is therefore a CLIFFHANGER ... you have been warned. "Take Me" is most definitely amped up on the erotic and risqué juice. Sophie Holloway also pushes the pressure on all fronts - business, personal, and the "it's not personal it's business"? It's wonderful to see how Jack has transformed from being guilt ridden about taking on Eva's request to show her "How to Drive Men Wild" in 30 days lessons - to floundering in an emotional tidal pool of a loss of control. The introduction of his heinous ex - whatever she is - as a catalyst to trigger Eva's insecurities and ultimately put her in harm's way is disgustingly fabulous. But my question is ... is she more than just that? Is everything tied together? Is a friend actually a foe? I think I've watched "The Godfather" too many times and my conspiracy theorist is showing. Again, keep in mind that this is the second installment of the Lessons in Seductions serial so you should read the first installment, "Teach Me" first before, "Take Me" and keep in mind that both are CLIFFHANGERS. And both are Fab! To read the entire review please visit: http://bit.ly/1RAlz1J

What happens when the teacher begins to feel like the student? Jack and Eva are back at it in TAKE ME and let me tell you, does it ever get steamier! Their chemistry and hunger for each other continued and as their lessons grew in intensity, so did their feelings for each other. What started out as strictly “educational” has gradually developed into something more, which is leaving both Jack and Eva in uncharted territory. Eva is attempting to keep this aloof, “I don’t care” attitude because she knows Jack is not a relationships type of guy, but she is beginning to realize she can’t deny her growing feelings. Whereas Jack is getting more and more confused about all these new feelings he’s experiencing with Eva. He’s mostly confused because he’s not alarmed by those feelings like he was with other woman…maybe him and Eva could be more than just teacher and student. In the mix of all these lessons, there’s another emotion in the background…FEAR…there is someone continuing to threaten Eva and they have no idea who it is or why. What started out as a “feeling” of being followed in TEACH ME, has now become more menacing in nature and is leaving Eva scared for her life. This ominous threat is leaving Eva and Jack with more questions than answers…was her brother and father’s deaths really accidents or not? And if they weren’t accidents after all, are those same people out to get Eva now???
Sophie Holloway has put another layer onto Jack and Eva’s story and is building onto the foundation left from book one, TEACH ME. She has added more passion to the plot and at the same time more mystery, which leaves the reader turning the page without wanting to stop until the end. This was a fast-paced, quick read that leaves you breathless at times. Just when things are starting to really heat up between Eva and Jack, we’re left YET AGAIN with a cliffy! Thankfully the third (and final book), TRUST ME comes out soon! We will finally have answers to who is after Eva and why. And we’ll also learn how things will turn out for Jack and Eva. Will she complete her lessons and move on or will Jack continue to teach her new lessons in how to seduce only him? I can’t wait to see how Jack and Eva’s story ends!

“But he was straddling a line, and it felt like every time he f@c$ed Eva, he came closer and closer to the edge, to the point of no return.”
After Sophie’s first book Teach Me, I was ready to see where Jack and Eva’s agreement went. Take Me, is the second book in the series. This book also ends in a cliffhanger, but I am sure Sophie will give us an amazing story.
Jack is one hell of a teacher of seduction and desire. These two are through the roof hot. I love that Jack is confident yet caring. He definitely knows a thing or two about sex. Eva maybe inexperienced, but she still has a lot of fire. She has no problem telling Jack what she wants, and he isn’t complaining.
The other side of this story is the creepy guy watching Eva. I still don’t know why or what he wants. But I am curious to find out if her brother’s and father’s death wasn’t an accident. I am a whole new fan of Sophie’s and I can’t wait to read the third book.

Take Me is book two in the Lessons in Seduction Series. Eva and Jack are taking their relationship to uncharted waters, both of them being led with their hearts instead of their heads. Neither of them can get the other out of their head, especially after Eva losses her V card to Jack. Jack has the reputation of a playboy, the love them and leave them in one night. However, with Eva he is feeling things he has never felt before. Yes the sex is amazing, but he also loves spending time with her outside of the bedroom. Eva finds that deep down Jack is so much more than the rumors portray of him. They are both drawn to each other, but they both have their doubts about what the other is feeling. Jack also has this undeniable urge to protect Eva from the danger that lurks around her family. He is convinced that the death of Eva's father and brother were not accidents at all. Convincing Eva of that turns out to be a little bit harder. Then there is Lucy, Jack's ex girlfriend who happens to turn up just as Jack and Eva's relationship heats up. After one too many run-ins, Eva begins to question Jack and the power he has to destroy her. As much as she denies she is falling for Jack, the truth is she has fallen already. Will Lucy destroy what Jack and Eva are building? Can Jack protect Eva from whomever is after her? Who is this mystery man that wants Eva so badly? Sophia Holloway's writing is captivating and lures you in from the start. Sophie not only provides you with steamy hot scenes, but the suspense of the lurking danger keeps you on your toes, wondering what will happen next. I really enjoyed Take Me and I can't wait to see what will happen to Eva and Jack in book 3. **I was provided and ARC for an honest review**
Take Me Lessons in Seduction by Sophie Holloway is the second book in a trilogy centered on Jack Bennett and Eva Fiorini.
This installment picks up where the Tech Me leaves off. Jack and Eva are still working through their “arrangement” to help each other. Eva has been feeling someone has been watching her and begins to believe she is crazy and paranoid.
Eva’s internal struggle with her emotions, lack of experience and self-image causes her to over analyze all contact with Jack while dreaming about what can be. Jack on the other hand seems to be confused. He wants to teach her but keeps thinking back to Antonio and what he would think of this relationship. Deep down he has always loved her and will protect her with his life.
The story doesn’t seem to focus on the arrangement as much as the Fiorini family and their company. Jack thinks back to the deaths of the family and starts to wonder if their deaths were not accidents. He hires a man to look into protecting Eva and finds out some interesting information. This only adds to the intrigue and mystery surrounding Firorini family and the protectiveness they showed. One begins to wonder if they were not always honest business men.
As the story continues Eva becomes more and more paranoid and is chased by a stranger who she narrowing avoids. Jack becomes very protective and very focused on ensuring she stays safe. All of his efforts are for nothing when Eva takes a walk and ends up in a not so nice part of the city. Each book in this trilogy feeds the next one and can’t be a standalone. As with book one this book leaves you hanging. I recommend this book and am eagerly awaiting the final book in this trilogy.
Lessons in Seduction is a three part series that follows Jack and Eva’s romance. Overall, I gave this series 4 stars. This is one of those little sister falls for her older brother’s friend romances, which I always like. As with all of these types of stories, both Jack and Eva have felt an attraction to each other for years, but acting on that attraction seemed wrong to them. Eva is the innocent young woman looking to bring out her inner-vixen, while Jack is the experienced man who avoids commitment at all costs. In some ways, these characters came across as cliché, but this did not take away from my enjoyment of this series. Jack and Eva were fun characters, and I liked their story. There is some suspense and a mystery that keeps this story moving at a fast pace for the most part. The first two books, I had trouble putting down, but I did not feel quite as engaged by the third book, even though it was still well written. I also felt frustrated with Eva’s lack of caution considering the danger she was in. Still, I recommend checking this series out.
Take Me is book 2 in the Lessons in Seduction series, and, in my opinion, it is the best in the series. This book had just the right combination of steamy sex, sweet romance, and suspense to make me love it. I really enjoyed how Jack and Eva began to build on their relationship even more as both realized that they had much more than just great sex between them. In this book, they finally learned that Eva was in danger, which brought out Jack’s protective instincts and drove him closer to Eva. This book was definitely a 5 star read.

Take Me is the second book in the Lessons in Seduction series. It starts off exactly where Teach Me ended, with Eva and Jack thinking, really!? Horrible timing.
Eva has had her first few lessons in seduction, and she feels amazing. It makes it more difficult to keep her feelings for Jack locked away but she knows Jack doesn't feel the same way. It's only sex to him. It's helping a friend. That's it...right? And when her instincts over the past week come full force, he is only letting her into his home to protect her from an unknown threat. Eva believes this to be true but what she doesn't know is Jack is just as invested, if not more...
Jack wants Eva and if he isn't careful he will soon be addicted. Hell, he probably is already. Eva might think she is uneducated when it comes to seduction but to him, she is perfect. She is an innocent vixen. But it's not just the mind-blowing acts they share, it's much much more. He wants to protect her at all costs. He will not let anyone cause her harm. Can Jack figure out who is threatening to tear them apart before it's too late?
I love a fast-paced, sexy, and suspenseful novella series and this is one of them. I can't wait for the next book! It's a good thing I love a good cliffhanger...
Quotes:
She was still irritated with him for going full on alpha-hole on her at her place, but she couldn’t keep the smile from her face as they made their way to the elevators.
How the fuck did this innocent girl learn to be so wicked?
“There’s a big world out there, Eva. You should see some of it.”
Eva's feeling of being watched/followed seems to be real. Someone has just broken into her home. Why is someone watching her and why would someone want to harm her? Her life has always been sheltered but good, so why this is happening to her now is beside her.
Jack has always looked upon Eva as like a little sister, but ever since he's started these "training" lessons he's been seeing her in a different light. And now that he's had a taste, he's going to do everything to keep her safe and keep her apart of his life.
Although the danger is becoming more intense, Jack and Eva's connect is growing just as intense. Just when each think they have a handle on their feelings, they surprise each other. Eva's got talents she didn't know she had, or maybe is just Jack that brings them out in her. And the longer Jack spends with Eva, the more he's taken aback by his actions.
If there is one thing that is for certain it is that Jack and Eva are a combustible combination. Jack's ability to not just turn Eva into Jell-O but the reader as well. But be warned, your e-reader will likely heat up as well.
And the ending??? Oh my goodness!! What is going to happen next? Will Jack be able to save the day? I for one, can't wait!
We pick up where we left off in the first book. Eva has just learned that someone broke into her apartment, but what they were looking for. Was there more to the worry that her father and brother always had about her safty? She's glad that she wasn't home when it was invaded, but do they really expect her to sit tight and wait for the all clear before she goes back? Jack told her to stay at the hotel, but it IS her home that was broken into and she wants to know what is going on.
Jack is furious when they find out that whoever got into her apartment bypassed the extravagant security system her brother insisted on. Jack decides they need to get help, so he calls in a PI that a friend recommends. With everything that is going on, Jack is now wondering if there was more to the deaths of her father and brother. Things are starting to point in directions that he never thought they would and he doesn't want Eva to worry about this, but will she be able to accept what they are facing?

Take Me is the second novel in the Lessons in Seduction series and it is definitely as hot as the first. It leaves off where the first one finished and let me tell you - it will definitely leave you hot, bothered and ready for more. This sinfully delightful book is highly erotic, suspenseful and a great read.
The heat between Jack and Eva is more sinfully sexy and erotic as ever in the second book of the series. Holloway treats her readers to a sinfully erotic look between Jack and Eva and the connection they have.
I love the fact that the book goes between the two characters and it will leave you hanging at the end. Holloway. If you want a quick, hot, read then Lessons in Seduction series is the set for you I read this sinfully, great read in a matter of hours as it was highly addictive and amazingly seductive. Sophie Holloway creates a wonderful gem of a series in the Lessons in Seduction, and I cannot wait for the next book in this fantastic series.
This should be an addition on your To-Be-Read shelf, if you are wanting something highly hot and sexy and not too long!
In Take Me everything just gets better. The mystery builds, the romance gets steamier and Jack and Eva grow even closer. What I love is that the author has so much going on to enhance the story but things don't get confusing. You have Jack trying to save his job. Jack's crazy ex joins in the drama and then there is the situation regarding Eva's family. Everything ties together so well and leaves you panting for more. Jack shows more of his soft side and while neither are ready to really admit what is going on with their relationship, they are powerless to stop the chemistry that connects them. Book two in this series is even better than book one and this one finishes with more of a cliffhanger so you just can't wait to see where this ends.
**My thanks to the author for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**
This book has taken up the heat even further than in book one.
All Eva can think about now is sex, sex with Jack in particular and she learns the things that Jack has to teach her well. In fact Jack thinks she doesn't really need lessons.
Both have more of an effect on the other than they realise, both feeling things that they have never felt before.
We meet mad exes, see more in the saga of what or who is trying to get to Eva and hear a little more on the problems within the Fiorini group.
Take Me is the second in the Lessons in Seduction series and picks up where Teach Me left off. Eva and Jack are just about to…and a call comes in. Eva is in danger but they don't know who's behind it. Jack can't get enough of her. The sex is fantastic. The lessons are getting hotter and hotter and Eva is learning very quickly what turns him on. He's vowed to protect her but it's more than just because she's his best friend's sister. He has feelings for her. Feelings he doesn't know what to do with. Will Jack figure out who's behind the danger before it's too late? Can Eva get through to Jack's heart? The series is hotter, more suspenseful and I can't wait to see what happens next!
This series just keeps getting better. I liked that it picks up right where Teach Me left off and there is no lapse in time. I'm so hooked in this story. Who is this creeper? What's going on with this Lucy chick, too? Is she in on it all? Hmmm...just have to read more to find out. The sexy factor was not lacking in this book at all (hence the name Take Me). It was damn HOT! Whew! *wipes sweat off brow*. I am loving Eva and Jack but the thing I love the most about this series is the mysterious side. That is what has me hooked. So hooked, I need my next fix. I'm off to read Trust Me now.
Jack makes Eva temporarily stay with him until they can figure out who burglarized her very secured apartment. Feelings change when Jack takes Eva & realizes that she was a virgin & never told him. Jack pushes his meeting with a PI he hired when Eva shows up at his work all flustered after escaping someone chasing her. Plot twist when Jack’s crazy ex-girlfriend shows up & stirs the pot to send Eva running away from Jack & ending with Jack trying to find her. The hot sex & chemistry between Jack & Eva makes this book very hard to put down!
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Jack is quite the tease and temptation, “these walls are like paper, Miss Fiorini,” he scolded her, his other hand in her wetness. “The first rule of office sex is to stay quiet.” Jack is quite the sexy one when he talks dirty, "He tightened his hands on her hips. “Now ride me, Eva. Don’t worry about me, just ride me in a way that feels good for you.” I can't wait for part three to see how Jack and Eva turn out.
In this follow up to Teach Me, Sophie Holloway expands on Jack and Eva's sexual arrangement. It's hot and steamy and sinfully fun! They have insane chemistry and while they finally start to enjoy their sexual experiences together, the mystery deepens and intensifies as to who is after Eva. Just as we get to a pivotal spot in the book, we hit the biggest cliffhanger. I can't wait for the next installment to see what happens! Take Me is a great addition to this fabulous new novella series!
Well I think the ladies man who never wanted to settle down has finally met that one women who could make him settle. Ava has cast her spell on Jack and he can't seem to get enough of her. I mean not only do they have hot steamy sex, where Ava obeys his every command, but he wants to keep going back for more. Jack is feeling things that he never dreamed of and now that Ava's life might be in danger Jack does whatever he can to protect her. I can't wait to see how the rest of the story unfolds.
This is such a great second book in this series! I completely fell in love with Sophie Holloway's writing from the first book in this series. This book is a great follow up. Jack and Eva have such incredible chemistry. You can tell this right from the very beginning. Not only do they have chemistry, but they also care very deeply for each other. This is an absolute must read! I can't wait for the next book! 5/5 Stars!
this is the second book in the series and the story is defiantly heating up. I love these characters and the story is till full of secrets waiting to be unveiled. this book is just as good as the first and so easy to read, you end up devouring every page. this is a fast paced read you defiantly wont want to end. this book contains a very big cliff hanger.
The feels, the heat and the suspense all got turned up a notch in this book. The last book left me a little disappointed in the heat department, but I was definitely pleased with the turn of events in Take Me. Eva and Jack get down to some seriously hot business and Jack is left wondering who is schooling who. I'm pretty excited with the potential for crazy things to happen in the next book. Crazy ex's, mysterious strangers and danger promise more excitement to come!
