Similar to the Horrible Histories series in format with silly illustrations and an informative text for kids, this guidebook is written as if you are a visitor to Tudor London and pulls no punches in letting you know how dangerous and smelly the experience would be. All the facts of the era are presented well - and with much less romanticism than many history books for adults!
