This was my first book on VBA Excel. I could do a small amount in VBA before but this was my first attempt at using it extensively.

It was useful at introducing key concepts but I did find some of the examples a little hard to follow. My progress wasn't very quick. I think the book will work best a reference book rather than a beginners to intermediate course which is what I was really looking for.

With computing books I always compare everything to the Smart series by Mike Smart. Those books are written in the perfect learning style for me but unfortunately they don't do a VBA course in Excel!
