DIAMONDS

Bryna feels his eyes on her. Hot, seductive, enticing. He’s at least ten years older than her seventeen years, and he knows exactly what he’s doing to her with that look. Walking away would be the smart thing to do…

But she can’t. Not that first night when he takes her home and claims her body. Not when he shows up in her life again with expensive gifts to win her trust. Not even when she’s falling for him, and everything else is falling apart…

GOLD

Love. That cursed four-letter word no longer belongs in Bryna’s vocabulary. The only four-letter word she knows now is gold…and fuck.

She’s well acquainted with that one. And that’s exactly what she plans to do. She’s no longer the golden girl, and when she meets a businessman who promises everything she could ever want from the arrangement, she intends to get her money’s worth.

Find out how Bryna goes from golden girl to gold digger in these tantalizingly scandalous books in the USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde’s All That Glitters series.

Loved it!!!

I loved this duo! I wasn't sure, since Diamonds starts out in high school and YA isn't usually my preferred genre. But the story advanced in a way that didn't feel "young" and kept me intrigued. I've had this on my kindle forever. And I'm glad I finally took the time to start the series. On to Platinum.....

Fantastic Duet!!

What took me so long to buy this book series?!? K.A. Linde books are so fantastic. All the twist and turns, you expect something to happen, but then something much more happens instead. These first two books in this series are amazing. I will be buying the rest of this series!!

It took me awhile to get into these books. Bryna is a very self-centered heroine throughout the book. She's basically portrayed as a selfish, gold digger but is really a girl who is desperate for attention from someone who loves her. She hates all emotions and prefers to be in control of the relationships that she's in.

Gold is where her character really develops. It was a long drawn out process of Bryna discovering her true self. But in the end I'm glad she was able to truly value who she really is.

I guess this is a coming of age story about a spoiled girl turned gold digger turned ... Decent person.

Parts of these 2 books were straight up annoying. Bryna was close to awful, I mean - she calls herself a Queen bee! She is also a capital B.

The first book while good - was a bit of a stretch. I mean, she is 17! Alone, I would give it 3.75 stars.

The second book was more well rounded. While, again - a bit of a stretch there are parts in it that say "oh, I get it now".

I enjoyed this series and look forward to reading more about the other girls (and their hard to pronounce names).
