I found this to be the most accessible book to start me off on my person-centred learning, as it gives good, clear definitions of meanings, that were otherwise lost on me. I now have a good grounding to tackle the rest of my books
A clear and concise book, which I feel would be most beneficial if used as a starting point or alongside other resources when wishing to gain an understanding about person centred counselling. However it still had value as a stand alone book.
Written for those starting out on the road to a qualification/career in counselling, but a very useful overview of the history and process of person-centred counselling for those on the metaphorical couch.
